The present invention relates to a synthesis method of Zn_2SnO_4. The synthesis method of Zn_2SnO_4 comprises the following steps of: a) preparing a mixture solution by dissolving zinc salt and tin salt in a solvent; b) precipitating a zinc complex compound by adding a complexing agent to the mixture solution; and c) heating a precipitation liquid in which the zinc complex compound is precipitated.
본 발명은 a) 아연염 및 주석염을 용매에 용해하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; b) 혼합용액에 착화제를 첨가하여 아연착화합물을 침전시키는 단계; 및 c) 아연착화합물이 침전된 침전액을 가열하는 단계;를 포함하는 ZnSnO의 합성 방법에 관한 것이다.
