PC PC POLYCARBOXYLATE COPOLYMER BASED ADMIXTURE FOR PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT OF CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a copolymer-based polycarboxylate (PC) admixture, a preparation method of the PC admixture, and to a concrete composition comprising the admixture. More particularly, the copolymer-based PC admixture comprises: 3-4 wt% of a standard type copolymer; 1-2 wt% of a slump oil-based copolymer; 13-20 wt% of a copolymer having high early stage strength; 1-10 wt% of an organic amine-based material; 10-15 wt% of an inorganic compound; and the remaining consisting of water.
본 발명은 공중합체(Co-polymer) 기반 폴리카복실레이트(이하 PC) 혼화제, 그 PC 혼화제의 제조방법 및 그 혼화제를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 표준형 공중합체 3 ~ 4중량%; 슬럼프 유지계 공중합체 1 ~ 2중량%; 초기강도형 공중합체 13 ~ 20중량%; 유기아민계 1 ~ 10중량%; 무기화합물 10 ~ 15중량% 및, 나머지 중량%는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체 기반 PC 혼화제에 관한 것이다.
