The present invention relates to a louver blind integrated with a window and, more specifically, to a manual louver blind formed to be integrated with an existing window, receiving and shading lights by adjusting angles of louvers in a room, and preventing a trespasser by closing the louvers in a vertical direction. In the window wherein a dual window is installed, the louver blind integrated with the window includes: left and right frames of an outer frame composed of upper and lower frames and the left and right frames having multiple rotary connectors wherein a bearing is embedded in both ends in a vertical longitudinal direction; a driving shaft coupled to the rotary connector and having multiple rotary shaft and screw threads formed in one end of the rotary shaft; the louvers coupled to the rotary shafts, having a rotary shaft insertion hole and a connecting pin insertion grooves in the underside, and having a round surface; louver connecting shafts installed in rear ends of the louvers, coupling and fixating the multiple louvers to a connecting plate with fixating pins, and moving the louvers at one go; a driving unit installed in an upper part of either a left guide rail or a right guide rail and having worm gears screwed to the screw threads of the driving shaft and a rotary loop rotating the worm gears; and a rotary handle coupled to the rotary loop of the worm gear and adjusting the angles of the louvers by rotating the worm gears.
본 발명은 창호 일체형 루버 블라인드에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 기존 창호와 일체형으로 형성되며 루버 날개의 각도를 실내에서 조절하여 빛을 채광 및 차양 할 수 있고, 루버 날개를 수직 상태로 밀폐하여 외부에서의 무단 침입을 차단할 수 있는 수동식 루버 블라인드에 관한 것이다. 이는 이중 창문이 설치된 창호에 있어서, 상하좌우 사각프레임으로 이루어진 외곽틀 중 양측 단에 베어링이 내장된 회동축 연결구가 상,하 길이 방향으로 다수 개가 형성된 좌우 프레임과; 상기 회동축 연결구에 체결되며 다수 개의 회전축과 상단 회전축의 한쪽 끝에 나사산이 형성된 구동축과; 상기 회전축에 체결되며 하측 면에 회전축 삽입공과 연결핀 삽입홈이 형성되고 표면이 라운드 형태로 이루어진 루버날개와; 상기 루버날개의 후면에 설치되며 다수 개의 루버날개를 연결판으로 체결하고 고정핀을 이용하여 고정하여 루버날개를 일체로 이동시키는 날개 연결축과; 상기 좌우 가이드레일의 어느 한쪽 상단에 설치되며 구동축의 나사산에 나사 결합되는 웜기어와 웜기어를 회전시키는 회전고리를 갖는 구동부와; 상기 웜기어의 회전고리에 체결하며 웜기어를 회전시켜 루버날개의 각도를 조절하는 회전손잡이로 구성한다.
The present invention relates to a louver blind integrated with a window and, more specifically, to a manual louver blind formed to be integrated with an existing window, receiving and shading lights by adjusting angles of louvers in a room, and preventing a trespasser by closing the louvers in a vertical direction.
