THERMAL SPRAY MATERIAL THERMAL SPRAY COATING AND THERMAL SPRAY COATED ARTICLE
The present invention provides a thermal spray material which is able to form a thermal spray coat having remarkably improved plasma erosion resistance. The thermal spray material comprises: rare earth element oxyhalides (RE-O-X) including rare earth elements (RE), oxygen (O), and halogen elements (X) as components in a ratio greater than or equal to 77 mass%. Moreover, the thermal spray material does not have the oxide of the rare earth element.
내플라즈마 침식성이 더욱 향상된 용사 피막을 형성할 수 있는 용사용 재료를 제공한다. 여기에 개시되는 기술에 의하면, 용사용 재료가 제공된다. 이러한 용사용 재료는, 구성 원소로서 희토류 원소(RE), 산소(O) 및 할로겐 원소(X)를 포함하는 희토류 원소 옥시할로겐화물(RE-O-X)이 77질량％ 이상의 비율로 포함되어 있다. 그리고, 상기 희토류 원소의 산화물을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 것에 의해 특징지어진다.
