A parking device of a tower parking lot is disclosed. The tower parking lot according to the present invention comprises: a mount unit formed below the ground; structures vertically formed on the ground, installed on both sides of a pit for lifting vertically formed in the center thereof in multiple floors, and having a parking space in which a vehicle parks; a frame installed in the mount unit; a driving motor mounted on the frame; a driving sheave coupled to a shaft of the driving motor to rotate; a power transmission unit including a plurality of driven sheaves formed on an upper end of the structure, a first rope socket to which one end of the wire rope is fixed, and a second rope socket to which the other end of the wire rope is fixed; a wire rope having one end connected to the first rope socket, disposed at a lower portion through the driven sheaves to be wound around the driving sheave and then wound around the second driven sheave through a pit, and having a plurality of strands connected to the second rope socket; a counterweight which is disposed at a lower portion of the second support and around which the wire rope between the first rope socket and the second driven sheave is wound; and a lifting unit installed in the pit and having a lower portion connected with the wire rope to transfer a vehicle while a lifting operation is performed.
타워형 주차장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 타워형 주차장치는, 지면 보다 하부에 형성된 장착부; 지면의 상부에 수직되게 형성되며 승강용 피트가 중앙에 세로방향으로 형성되고, 피트의 양측에 다층으로 설치되며 차량이 주차되는 주차공간이 형성된 구조물;을 포함하고, 상기 장착부에 설치되는 프레임; 상기 프레임에 장착되는 구동모터; 상기 구동모터의 축에 결합되어 회전되는 주동시브; 상기 구조물의 상단에 형성된 복수개의 종동시브와, 와이어로프의 일단이 고정되는 제1로프소켓와, 와이어로프의 타단이 고정되는 제2로프소켓으로 구성되는 동력전달부; 상기 제1로프소켓에 일단이 연결되고, 복수개의 종동시브를 경유하며 하부로 배치되어 주동시브에 권취되고, 다시 제2종동시브에 권취되며 피트를 경유하여 제2로프소켓에 연결되는 다수 가닥으로 구성되는 와이어로프; 상기 제2지지대의 하부에 배치되며 제1로프소켓와 제2종동시브 사이의 와이어로프가 권취되는 롤러를 갖는 카운터웨이트; 상기 피트에 설치되며, 상기 와이어로프가 하부에 연결되어 승강작동하면서 차량을 운반하는 승강기;를 포함하여 구성된다.
