Method of Preparing Artificial Light-weight Aggregates
The present invention relates to a method for preparing artificial lightweight aggregates. According to the present invention, moisture-containing inorganic sludge selected from the group consisting of water purification sludge, stone sludge, and dredged soil is mixed with anhydrous gypsum or coal ash containing free lime. The moisture-containing inorganic sludge is dried with heat resulting from a hydration reaction. Then, hydrated coal ash with a moisture content of 10 to 20% is obtained. The artificial lightweight aggregates are prepared by this hydrated coal ash being molded in an Eirich mixer or the like. According to the present invention, the coal ash is used that contains the free lime stabilized from the free lime causing problems regarding concrete durability, expansion, weathering, cracking, and strength decline. In addition, the inorganic sludge is dried with the heat generated during the hydration reaction, and the artificial lightweight aggregates complying with the KS standards (KS F 2534) regarding fine aggregates can be prepared in a simple manner and with drying costs reduced.
본 발명은 인공경량골재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 정수오니, 석분오니 및 준설토로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 수분함유 무기성오니와 유리석회를 포함한 석탄회 또는 무수석고를 혼합하고, 수화반응에 의하여 생성된 열로 수분함유 무기성오니를 건조시켜 함수율 10~20%의 수화 석탄회를 수득하고, 이를 아이리히 믹서(Eirich mixer) 등에서 성형하여 인공경량골재를 제조함으로써 콘크리트의 내구성, 팽창, 풍화, 균열 및 강도저하 등의 문제를 일으키는 유리석회를 안정화시킨 유리석회를 포함한 석탄회를 이용하고, 수화반응 중 생성되는 열로 무기성오니를 건조하여 세골재의 표준 KS규격(KS F 2534)을 만족시키는 인공경량골재를 간단하고 건조비용이 절약된 방법으로 제조하는 효과가 있다.
