The present invention relates to an insulation clip for assembling rebars used as a structure within rails of high speed railway and to an insulation clip for assembling rebars, which comprises: a rebar seating unit which is a member for fixating a cross point of rebars cross-installed vertically and horizontally, wherein one side is formed in the shape of an open ring so that the rebars can be mounted, one pair is in parallel with each other, openings are arranged to cross at the angle of 90 degrees; and an attachment and detachment ring unit arranged to be formed continuously at one side of the opening of the rebar seating unit and to be made of the same material with the rebar seating unit and forming a dual hook on the inner side to be attached to or detached from a hook fixating recess formed on the other side of the rebar seating unit. According to the present invention, the insulation clip makes it easy to fixate and unfix a rebar connection unit for improving workability. Particularly, the attachment and detachment ring unit can easily perform attachment and detachment operations without other separated tools or damage to the insulation clip, to make the insulation clip reusable to have high economic feasibility, and to enable works to be easy and convenient. In addition, a rebar pushing tap is formed on an inner surface of the attachment and detachment ring unit to prevent a clearance between the rebar and the insulation clip and to maintain a stable coupling state to allow firm and stable temporary installation. The dual hook of the attachment and detachment ring unit and the hook fixating recess forms stepped height to make coupling easy and maintain high coupling force, and an attachment and detachment knob is installed to enable decoupling as well as coupling to be easily performed.
본 발명은 고속철도의 레일 내부에 구조체로 사용되는 철근의 조립을 위한 절연클립에 관한 것으로, 종횡으로 교차 설치되는 철근의 교차점을 고정하는 부재로서, 철근이 안착되도록 일측이 개방된 고리 형상으로 이루어지고, 한 쌍이 연이어 평행하게 형성되되 개구가 상호 90°로 엇갈리도록 마련되는 철근안착부; 상기 철근안착부의 개구 일측에서 동일 재질로 연이어 형성되도록 마련되고, 상기 철근안착부 타측에 형성되는 걸개고정홈에 탈착되도록 이중걸개가 내측에 형성되는 탈착고리부를 포함하는 철근조립용 절연클립에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 절연클립을 이용한 철근 연결부의 고정과 해체가 용이하여 작업성이 개선될 수 있다. 특히 탈착고리부의 탈착이 별도의 도구나 절연클립의 파손 없이 용이하게 이뤄질 수 있으므로 절연클립의 재사용이 가능하여 경제성이 높고 손쉽게 작업할 수 있어 편리하다. 또한 탈착고리부 내측면에 철근누름탭이 형성되어 철근과 절연클립 간에 유격이 발생하지 않고 안정적으로 체결상태가 유지될 수 있어 견고하고 안정적인 구조 가설이 가능하다. 탈착고리부의 이중걸개와 철근안착부의 걸개고정홈이 단계적인 높이로 형성되어 체결이 용이하면서도 높은 체결력을 유지할 수 있으며, 착탈손잡이가 있어 체결뿐만 아니라 탈거도 용이하게 작업할 수 있다.
