The present invention relates to a cooling structure of a motor for a disposal unit which grinds and processes various food waste. The present invention provides the cooling structure of a motor for a disposal unit which increases cooling efficiency of a motor by improving the structure of a motor with frequent failures and enables a user to attach and detach a circuit board in an easy manner for convenience of maintenance. The cooling structure of a motor for a disposal unit is formed to have a separation space on a flat plate unit of a fixation container body. A plurality of heat generation pins are additionally installed on an upper side of the flat plate unit. Therefore, friction heat, generated during high speed rotation of the motor, can be smoothly cooled by internal control. Therefore, the cooling structure of a motor for a disposal unit can maintain operation of the motor to be stable and can ensure durability of the motor.
본 발명은 각종 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄처리하는 디스포저용 모터의 냉각구조에 관한 것으로, 고장이 잦은 모터의 구조를 개선하여 모터의 냉각효율을 높이고 유지보수의 편리성을 위해 회로기판을 손쉽게 탈착할 수 있도록 하는 디스포저용 모터의 냉각구조를 제공코자 한다. 이를 위해 회전통을 고정통체의 평판부에 이격공간을 갖도록 형성하고 상기 평판부의 상부에 다수의 발열핀을 별도로 가설함으로써 모터의 고속회전시 발생되는 마찰열이 내부통체 자체에서 원활히 냉각 처리될 수 있도록 하여 모터의 가동을 안정적으로 유지하고 모터의 내구성을 보장할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
