Removable anchor fixing device
The present invention relates to a removable anchor fixing device and, specifically, to a removable anchor fixing device which can be easily removed using a simple structure after a tension member used in an earth anchor is completely used, comprising: a hollow housing with both ends opened, having a tapered installation hole formed therein; a cover having an accommodation part formed therein, communicating with the installation hole, and coupled to one end of the housing; a wedge unit including a plurality of wedges, installed in the installation hole, and gripping or releasing a tension member inserted through the installation hole; a fastening member fastened to one end of the wedge unit to enable the wedge unit to maintain a conic shape; a fixating member coupled to the wedge unit and moved together with the wedge unit; and an elastic member disposed in the accommodation part and elastically supporting the fixating member in a direction toward the other end of the housing in which the wedge unit is disposed, wherein a pressing wing part protrudes from the fixating member, and when the wedge unit and the fixating member are lowered in a direction that the cover is disposed, an outer circumferential surface of the pressing wing part is forcibly press-fit and fixed to the inner surface of the accommodation part.
본 발명은 제거식 앵커용 정착구에 관한 것으로서, 특히 어스 앵커에 사용되는 인장재를 사용 완료후 간단한 구조를 이용하여 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 제거식 앵커용 정착구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제거식 앵커용 정착구는, 양단이 개방되고, 내부에 테이퍼진 장착공이 형성된 중공형상의 하우징과; 내부에 상기 장착공과 연통되는 수용부가 형성되고 상기 하우징의 일단에 결합되는 커버와; 다수개의 웨지로 구성되고 상기 장착공에 배치되며 상기 장착공을 통해 삽입된 인장재를 파지 또는 해제하는 웨지유닛과; 상기 웨지유닛의 일단에 체결되어 상기 웨지유닛이 콘형상을 유지하도록 하는 체결부재와; 상기 웨지유닛에 결합되어 상기 웨지유닛과 함께 이동하는 고정부재와; 상기 수용부에 배치되어 상기 고정부재를 상기 웨지유닛이 배치된 상기 하우징의 타단방향으로 탄성지지하는 탄성부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 고정부재에는 가압날개부가 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 웨지유닛 및 고정부재가 상기 커버가 배치된 방향으로 하강할 때, 상기 가압날개부의 외주면은 상기 수용부의 내측면에 강제압입되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
