[과제] 접착제를 사용하지 않고 견뢰(堅牢)하게 조립하는 것이 가능함과 아울러, 외관이 좋고, 생산 코스트가 싸며, 또한, 조립이 용이하도록 한다. [해결 수단] 아크릴 등에 의해 구성된 경질판(1)은, 돌기부(2)를 가지는 제1 부품과, 상기 돌기부(2)의 좌우폭 보다도 좁은 내폭을 가지는 구덩이부(4)를 마련한 제2 부품을 구비하고 있다. 이 돌기부의 최대폭(2w)은, 구덩이부의 폭(4w)보다도 크게 되어 있다. 그리고, 이 돌기부(2)의 측면 근방에, 두께 방향으로 관통하는 슬릿부(3)를 구비하며, 그 슬릿부(3)에 의해서 돌기부(2)의 측면 근방을 휘게 하도록 한다. 또는, 구덩이부(4)의 내측 벽면 근방에 동일한 슬릿부(40)를 마련하고, 돌기부(2)의 측면을 압압(押壓)시키도록 한다.
[Problem] To improve the appearance and reduce production costs of an assemblable structure, and further, facilitate assembly thereof, while permitting firm assembly without using an adhesive. [Solution] A hard plate (1) configured from acrylic or the like is equipped with a first part that has a protrusion (2), and a second part that is provided with a recess (4) having an inner width smaller than the horizontal width of the protrusion (2). The maximum width (2w) of the protrusion is larger than the width (4w) of the recess. Slits (3) penetrating in the thickness direction are provided in the vicinity of the side surfaces of the protrusion (2), and the slits (3) allow the vicinity of the side surfaces of the protrusion (2) to be deflected. Alternatively, similar slits (40) are provided in the vicinity of the inside wall surface of the recess (4) so as to allow for pressing against the side surfaces of the protrusion (2).
