PANEL STRUCTURE FOR CURTAIN WALL
The present invention relates to a panel structure for a curtain wall comprises: an inner plate portion provided with a through-hole; an outer plate portion which is separated from the inner plate portion and is positioned in parallel with the inner plate portion; a bolt head portion which is inserted to the through-hole and comes in close contact with one surface of the inner plate portion; a dish head nut portion which is coupled to the bolt head portion, is inserted into the through-hole, and forms the same surface of the other surface of the inner plate; a main bolt portion, one end of which is inserted into the bolt head portion; and a fixed nut portion which is coupled to the main bolt portion and is connected to a fixed member. The panel structure for a curtain wall can improve productivity and quality for an easy plate press work.
본 발명은 관통홀이 형성된 내부 플레이트부; 상기 내부 플레이트부로부터 이격되어 상기 내부 플레이트부와 평행하게 위치된 외부 플레이트부; 상기 관통홀에 삽입되어, 상기 내부 플레이트부의 일면에 밀착되는 볼트 헤드부; 상기 볼트 헤드부와 결합되어 상기 관통홀에 삽입되고, 상기 내부 플레이트의 타면과의 동일면을 형성하는 접시머리 너트부; 일종단부가 상기 볼트 헤드부에 삽입되는 메인 볼트부; 및 상기 메인 볼트부에 결합되어 고정 부재에 연결되는 고정 너트부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼월용 패널 구조물을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 커튼월용 패널 구조물은 용이한 판 프레스 작업에 대한 생산성 및 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.
