The present invention relates to a cabin combined with an observatory, which can be conveniently used for both an observatory and a cabin by being simply constructed as a prefabricated structure and can be also conveniently used for multiple purposes for an outdoor store such as a snack cart, a cafe, a coffee shop, and a restaurant as necessary. According to the present invention, the cabin combined with an observatory includes: a foundation (10) constructed on the ground; a column (20) built on the upper part of the foundation (10) to stand upright; a cabin main body (30) installed in the upper part of the column (20) and comprising a wall unit (31) including a ventilation window (31a), and a floor unit (32) including a path (32a); a ladder (40) connected to the path (32a) of the cabin main body (30) and the ground; and multiple floor frames (50) connected to the upper part of the column (30) in all directions and supporting the floor unit (32) of the cabin main body (30). The wall unit (31) of the cabin main body (30) is formed in a structure in which an insulation member (31d) is installed between an inner wall (31b) and an outer wall (31c). The floor unit (32) of the cabin main body (30) is formed in a structure in which a laminate (32b), compression polystyrene (32c), and linoleum (32d) are laminated in order from the lower part. An inner frame (33) and an outer frame (34) are individually arranged in a connection unit of the wall units (31) and are connected by a bolt (35) and a nut (36).
본 발명은 조립식의 구조물로 간단하게 구축하여 전망대와 캐빈을 겸용으로 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 필요에 따라서는 포장마차, 카페, 커피숍, 식당 등과 같은 야외점포로도 편리하게 다목적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 전망대 겸용 캐빈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 지반에 설치되는 기초(10); 상기 기초(10)의 상부에 세워지는 기둥(20); 상기 기둥(20)의 상부에 설치되어 통풍창(31a)을 구비하는 벽부(31) 및 통로(32a)를 구비하는 바닥부(32)로 이루어지는 캐빈본체(30); 상기 캐빈본체(30)의 통로(32a)와 지반에 연결되는 사다리(40)를 포함하고, 상기 기둥(20)의 상부에 방사상으로 연결되어 캐빈본체(30)의 바닥부(32)를 지지하는 다수의 바닥프레임(50)을 더 포함하며, 상기 캐빈본체(30)의 벽부(31)는 내벽(31b)과 외벽(31c) 사이에 단열재(31d)가 설치된 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 캐빈본체(30)의 바닥부(32)는 하부로부터 합판(32b), 압축스티로폼(32c), 모노륨(32d)이 순차적으로 적층된 구조로 이루어지며, 상기 벽부(31)와 벽부(31)의 연결부에는 내측골조(33)와 외측골조(34)가 각각 배치되어 볼트(35),너트(36)체결로 연결된 구성이다.
