The present invention relates to a concrete composition for a street lamp foundation structure comprising 5 to 45% by weight of an inorganic binder, 15 to 60% by weight of a fine aggregate, 20 to 65% by weight of a coarse aggregate, 0.01 to 15% by weight of a conductive polymer binder and 0.1 to 15% by weight of water. The conductive polymer binder includes 55 to 99% by weight of urethane-silicone for improving bonding strength, adhesive power and durability, 0.1 to 30% by weight of polyacetylene for improving conductivity, 0.01 to 15% by weight of polypyrrole for improving durability and conductivity, and 0.1 to 10% by weight of polyacrylic acid for improving retentivity and adhesive property, and the street lamp foundation structure using the concrete composition for the street lamp foundation structure. A concrete composition for a street lamp foundation structure according to the present invention is capable of preventing various safety accidents through a street lamp post during short circuit by having excellent bonding strength, adhesive power, durability, strength and salt resistance, having lower specific resistance and dry shrinkage rate, improving grounding capability of the street lamp foundation structure, and maximizing grounding efficiency of the street lamp foundation structure.
본 발명은, 무기계 결합재 5∼45중량%, 잔골재 15∼60중량%, 굵은골재 20∼65중량%, 도전성 폴리머 결합재 0.01∼15중량% 및 물 0.1∼15중량%를 포함하며, 상기 도전성 폴리머 결합재는 결합력, 부착력 및 내구성을 개선하기 위한 우레탄-실리콘 55∼99중량%와, 도전성을 개선하기 위한 폴리아세틸렌 0.1∼30중량%와, 내구성 및 도전성을 개선하기 위한 폴리피롤 0.01∼15중량%와, 보수성 및 접착성을 개선하기 위한 폴리아크릴산 0.1∼10중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가로등 기초구조물용 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 가로등 기초구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 결합력, 부착력, 내구성, 강도 및 내염해성이 우수하고, 비저항과 건조수축율이 낮으며, 가로등 기초구조물의 접지능력을 향상시킬 수 있고, 접지 효율을 최대화하여 누전 시 가로등주를 통한 각종 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.
