The present invention relates to a fixing device for an exterior panel of a building, capable of conveniently installing an exterior panel on an outer wall of various buildings. The fixing device for an exterior panel of a building can prevent penetration of moisture and can provide thermal insulation after installation. According to the present invention, the fixing device for an exterior panel of a building comprises: a body (100); an anchor bolt (200) wherein one side is fixed to a wall surface by being inserted through an anchor bolt accommodation hole (111) and the other side is fixed to the inside of the anchor bolt accommodation hole (111) by an anchor bolt fixing unit (210); and a bracket connection bolt (300) fixed to a connection bolt fixing hole (140) by rotation at a predetermined angle as a head unit (310) is inserted through a tool insertion groove (130). The body (100) has: an anchor bolt accommodation unit (110) having the anchor bolt accommodation hole (111) at the inner center; a support unit (120) formed at fixed intervals along an edge by being spaced from the outer side of the anchor bolt accommodation unit (110); the polygonal tool insertion groove (130) rotating as a tool is inserted therein, wherein the tool insertion groove (130) is formed at the center to be connected to the anchor bolt accommodation hole (111); and the connection bolt fixing hole (140) for inserting and fixing the bracket connection bolt (300) between the tool insertion groove (130) and the anchor bolt accommodation hole (111).
본 발명은 각종 건축물의 외벽에 설치되는 외장패널을 간편하게 설치할 수 있고, 설치 후 단열 및 수분침투를 방지할 수 있는 건축물 외장패널 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 내부 중앙에 앵커볼트수용홀(111)을 갖는 앵커볼트수용부(110)가 형성되고, 그 앵커볼트수용부(110)의 외측에 이격되어 가장자리를 따라 일정 간격으로 지지부(120)가 형성되며, 중앙부에 상기 앵커볼트수용홀(111)에 연통되게 마련되고 공구를 삽입하여 회전시키도록 다각형으로 된 공구삽입홈(130)이 형성되고, 상기 공구삽입홈(130)과 앵커볼트수용홀(111) 사이에 브라켓연결볼트(300)의 삽입고정을 위해 연결볼트고정홀(140)을 형성하여 된 몸체(100); 상기 앵커볼트수용홀(111)을 통해 삽입되어 벽면에 일측이 고정되고, 타측이 상기 앵커볼트수용홀(111) 내에서 앵커볼트고정구(210)로 고정되는 앵커볼트(200); 상기 공구삽입홈(130)을 통해 헤드부(310)가 삽입되어 일정각도 회전을 통해 상기 연결볼트고정홀(140)에 결속되어 고정되는 브라켓연결볼트(300);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
