The present invention relates to an asphalt spreading device. The asphalt spreading device spreads an asphalt undiluted solution or an asphalt emulsion by being installed in an asphalt spraying vehicle. The asphalt spreading device comprises: a storage tank storing asphalt; a power unit providing power to supply asphalt to the storage tank; a suction line sucking the asphalt of the storage tank by the power unit by being installed between the power unit and the storage tank; an asphalt supply line supplying the asphalt supplied from the suction line; a nozzle unit installed in a rear of the asphalt spraying vehicle, including a plurality of nozzles to spray the asphalt; a distribution tank installed between the asphalt supply line and the nozzle unit to evenly supply the asphalt to the nozzle unit; first and second collecting lines melting an asphalt solid matter solidified in the nozzle unit and the distribution tank, collecting the molten asphalt solid matter to the storage tank; a circulation line connected to the first and second collecting lines at the same time; a circulation valve formed at a connection part of the first and second collecting lines and the circulation line, and changing a flow path of the asphalt solid matter collected in the second collecting line to the circulation line or the first collecting line; and a nozzle opening and closing unit closing the plurality of nozzles when the asphalt supplied to the nozzle unit is collected.
본 발명은 아스팔트 살포 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 아스팔트 살포 차량에 설치되어 아스팔트원액 또는 유제아스팔트를 살포하는 아스팔트 살포 장치에 있어서, 아스팔트가 저장되는 저장 탱크, 저장 탱크의 아스팔트를 공급하기 위한 동력을 제공하는 동력부 저장 탱크와 동력부 사이에 설치되어 동력부에 의해 저장 탱크의 아스팔트를 흡입하는 흡입 라인, 흡입라인에서 공급되는 아스팔트를 공급하는 아스팔트 공급 라인, 아스팔트 살포 차량의 후미에 설치되어 상기 아스팔트를 살포하도록 복수의 노즐을 구비하는 노즐부, 아스팔트 공급 라인과 노즐부 사이에 상기 노즐부에 균일하게 아스팔트를 공급하도록 설치된 배분 탱크, 노즐부 또는 상기 배분 탱크에 응고된 아스팔트 고형물을 녹여 저장 탱크로 회수하기 위한 제1 및 제2 회수 라인, 제1 및 제2 회수 라인과 동시에 연결되는 순환 라인, 순환 라인, 제1 회수 라인 및 제2 회수 라인의 연결부위에 형성되어 상기 제2 회수 라인에서 회수 되는 아스팔스 고형물의 유로를 순환 라인 또는 제1 회수 라인으로 변경하는 순환 밸브 및 노즐부로 공급된 아스팔트 회수시 복수의 노즐을 폐쇄하는 노즐 개폐부를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an asphalt spreading device. The asphalt spreading device spreads an asphalt undiluted solution or an asphalt emulsion by being installed in an asphalt spraying vehicle. The asphalt spreading device comprises: a storage tank storing asphalt; a power unit providing power to supply asphalt to the storage tank; a suction line sucking the asphalt of the storage tank by the power unit by being installed between the power unit and the storage tank; an asphalt supply line supplying the asphalt supplied from the suction line; a nozzle unit installed in a rear of the asphalt spraying vehicle, including a plurality of nozzles to spray the asphalt; a distribution tank installed between the asphalt supply line and the nozzle unit to evenly supply the asphalt to the nozzle unit; first and second collecting lines melting an asphalt solid matter solidified in the nozzle unit and the distribution tank, collecting the molten asphalt solid matter to the storage tank; a circulation line connected to the first and second collecting lines at the same time; a circulation valve formed at a connection part of the first and second collecting lines and the circulation line, and changing a flow path of the asphalt solid matter collected in the second collecting line to the circulation line or the first collecting line; and a nozzle opening and closing unit closing the plurality of nozzles when the asphalt supplied to the nozzle unit is collected.
본 발명은 아스팔트 살포 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 아스팔트 살포 차량에 설치되어 아스팔트원액 또는 유제아스팔트를 살포하는 아스팔트 살포 장치에 있어서, 아스팔트가 저장되는 저장 탱크, 저장 탱크의 아스팔트를 공급하기 위한 동력을 제공하는 동력부 저장 탱크와 동력부 사이에 설치되어 동력부에 의해 저장 탱크의 아스팔트를 흡입하는 흡입 라인, 흡입라인에서 공급되는 아스팔트를 공급하는 아스팔트 공급 라인, 아스팔트 살포 차량의 후미에 설치되어 상기 아스팔트를 살포하도록 복수의 노즐을 구비하는 노즐부, 아스팔트 공급 라인과 노즐부 사이에 상기 노즐부에 균일하게 아스팔트를 공급하도록 설치된 배분 탱크, 노즐부 또는 상기 배분 탱크에 응고된 아스팔트 고형물을 녹여 저장 탱크로 회수하기 위한 제1 및 제2 회수 라인, 제1 및 제2 회수 라인과 동시에 연결되는 순환 라인, 순환 라인, 제1 회수 라인 및 제2 회수 라인의 연결부위에 형성되어 상기 제2 회수 라인에서 회수 되는 아스팔스 고형물의 유로를 순환 라인 또는 제1 회수 라인으로 변경하는 순환 밸브 및 노즐부로 공급된 아스팔트 회수시 복수의 노즐을 폐쇄하는 노즐 개폐부를 포함한다.
