Eco-friendly material using the construction wall paneling
The present invention relates to a wall panel used for construction, and is to provide a wall panel for construction using an eco-friendly material which can improve functions of heat insulation and soundproofing, can minimize environmental pollution, and can make plaster be firmly attached. The wall panel comprises: a rectangular frame which is provided with a plurality of partitions for keeping the shape of a wall panel and preventing charcoal from leaning; a rice straw board which is configured by weaving rice straw provided on both sides to seal both sides of the rectangular frame filled with charcoal and salt in the rectangular frame; a supporter which is fixed to the rectangular frame at a predetermined distance to fix the rice straw board to the rectangular frame outside the rice straw board; and a connection rod which is made of bamboo or thin wood to firmly attach a plaster, such as loess, to the supporter. According to the present invention, wood and rice straw as eco-friendly materials are used, wherein the inside is filled with charcoal and salt so that antiseptic, antimicrobial, and humidity control operations are used. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the rice straw from decaying. The growth of mold is suppressed to reduce generation of foul odors. Since the plaster, such as loess, formed outside the wall panel is firmly attached by the connection rod, it is possible to improve durability and to reduce maintenance costs.
본 발명은 건축에 사용되는 벽체 판넬에 관한 것으로, 단열과 방음의 기능 향상과, 환경오염을 최소화 할 수 있고, 미장재가 견고하게 붙어 있을 수 있도록 구성된 친환경 소재를 이용한 건축용 벽체 판넬을 제공하려는 것이며, 벽체 판넬의 형상을 유지하고 숯이 쏠리는 것을 방지하기 위한 복수개의 칸막이가 설치되어 구성된 사각프레임과, 상기 사각프레임의 내부에는 숯과 소금이 장입되고 사각프레임의 양쪽을 밀폐하기 위하여 양쪽 측면에 설치된 볏짚을 엮어 구성한 볏짚 보드와, 상기 볏짚 보드의 외부에는 볏짚 보드를 사각프레임에 고정하기 위하여 소정의 간격을 두고 사각프레임에 고정된 지지대와, 상기 지지대에는 황토 등 미장재가 견고하게 붙어 있을 수 있게 대나무 또는 얇은 목재 재질로 이루어진 연결대가 설치되어 구성된 것이 본 발명에 특징이며, 본 발명에 의하면, 자연 친화적 재료인 목재와 볏짚과, 내부에 숯과 소금이 장입되어 방부, 향균 및 습도조절 작용을 이용함으로써 볏짚이 부패하는 현상을 방지하고, 곰팡이의 발생을 억제하여 악취의 발생을 억제하는 효과가 있으며, 벽체 판넬의 외부에 형성된 황토 등 미장재가 연결대에 의해서 견고하게 붙어 있도록 하였기 때문에 내구성 향상과 유지관리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
