The present invention relates to a method to construct a wall of a building with a reinforced waterproof function, which comprises: a step of using a flat tie which has a first fastening hole, a second fastening hole, and a cutting groove on both ends of the position where an internal wall and an external wall will be formed and a third fastening hole in a position where an insulation material will be installed and fixating a first cast in the third fastening hole; a step of attaching an insulation material to an internal side surface of the first cast; a step of fixating a second cast in the first fastening hole, which is formed on the end of one side of the flat tie; a step of putting concrete mortar between the first cast and the second cast and curing a first wall; a step of dismantling the first cast and moving the first cast to the position of the second fastening hole, which is formed on the end of the other side of the flat tie, to fixate the same; and a step of putting concrete mortar between the first cast and the insulation material and curing a second wall. Accordingly, the method to construct a wall of a building with a reinforced waterproof function can attach an insulation material to the inside of a cast before forming a concrete wall, greatly improve the adhesive force of the insulation material to the concrete wall, repair the connection parts of the insulation material, the parts of the flat tie, traces of a hand tacker, and damaged parts from dismantling the first cast, provide a perfect double waterproof function through repair of the insulation material, and prevent dew condensation and maximize waterproof effects.

본 발명은 방수기능을 강화한 건축물의 벽체 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 방법은, 내벽과 외벽이 형성될 위치의 양단에 제1, 제2 체결구멍과 절단홈이 각각 형성됨과 아울러 단열재가 설치될 위치에 제3 체결구멍이 형성되어 있는 플랫타이를 사용하여, 제1 거푸집을 상기 제3 체결구멍에 고정하는 단계; 상기 제1 거푸집의 내측면에 단열재를 부착하는 단계; 제2 거푸집을 상기 플랫타이의 일측 끝단에 형성되어 있는 상기 제1 체결구멍에 고정하는 단계; 상기 제1 거푸집과 상기 제2 거푸집 사이에 콘크리트몰탈을 투입하여 제1 벽체를 양생하는 단계; 상기 제1 거푸집을 해체하여 상기 플랫타이의 타측 끝단에 형성되어 있는 상기 제2 체결구멍 위치로 이동하여 고정하는 단계; 상기 제1 거푸집과 상기 단열재 사이에 콘크리트몰탈을 투입하여 제2 벽체를 양생하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기의 방법에 따르면, 본 발명의 방수기능을 강화한 건축물의 벽체 시공방법에 따르면, 콘크리트벽체를 형성하기 전에 거푸집 내측에 단열재를 선부착함으로써, 단열재가 콘크리트벽체에 밀착되는 밀착력을 매우 높일 수 있고, 단열재의 이음매 부분, 플랫타이 부분, 손타카의 타카자국, 제1 거푸집의 해체시 상 및 파손 부위에 대한 보수작업이 이루어질 수 있으며, 단열재의 보수작업을 통하여 완벽한 이중방수가 가능하고, 결로를 막아줌으로써 방수효과를 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
