The present invention provides a rainwater storage tank having a segment assembly type PC block and a rainwater storage system for a landscape tree using the same. The rainwater storage tank is simply installed a simple method by assembly a pair of PC blocks and can reduce and prevent damage due to flooding by causing natural penetration on the ground after temporarily collecting and storing rainwater on the circumference of a landscape tree planted. The rainwater storage tank can prevent damage due to flood caused by strong rainfall. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the rainwater storage tank having the segment assembly type PC block comprises: a pair of rainwater storage tank blocks manufactured in a same size and a same structure as that of precast concrete; a block connection protrusion and a block connection protrusion groove determining a mutual connection position on a connection surface of the pair of rainwater storage tank block; and a block connection unit for mutually connecting the rainwater storage tank blocks. The pair of rainwater storage tank blocks comprises: a bottom plate having one or more penetration holes; a core wall standing erect and having a fixed radius at the edge in which there is the connection surface on the bottom plate; right and left connection walls extended from the core wall and standing erect on the bottom plate; right and left side walls facing each other and standing erect on the bottom plate by being connected to the connection wall at right angles; a rear wall standing erect on the bottom plate by being connected to the right and left side walls at the right angles; and a rainwater storage chamber enclosed by the core wall, the right and left connection walls, the right and left side walls, and the rear walls and opened to the upper part of the bottom plate.

본 발명은 PC 블록을 한 쌍으로 조립하여 빗물 저류조를 간단하게 조립식으로 설치할 수 있고, 식수된 조경수의 둘레로 빗물을 일시적으로 집수·저류시킨 후 지반으로 자연 투수가 일어나도록 하여 침수 피해를 저감 및 방지하고, 집중강우에 따른 홍수피해를 예방할 수 있도록 한 분할 조립형 PC 블록을 갖는 빗물 저류조 및 이를 이용한 조경수 빗물 저류시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 분할 조립형 PC 블록을 갖는 빗물 저류조는, 프리캐스팅 콘크리트로 동일한 크기와 구조로 제작된 한 쌍의 빗물 저류조 블록과; 한 쌍의 빗물 저류조 블록의 접합면에 상호 결합 위치를 결정하는 블록 결합돌기 및 블록 돌기결합홈과; 상기 빗물 저류조 블록를 상호 결속시키기 위한 블록 결속수단을 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 빗물 저류조 블록은, 1개소 이상의 투수공을 갖는 바닥판, 상기 바닥판에서 접합면이 있는 가장자리에 일정한 반경을 갖고 입설된 반원형의 코어벽, 상기 코어벽에서 연장되어 바닥판에 입설되어 있는 좌,우측 접합벽, 상기 접합벽에서 각기 직각으로 연결되어 바닥판에 입설되어 있는 대향된 좌,우측 측벽, 상기 좌,우 측벽에서 직각으로 연결되어 바닥판에 입설되어 있는 후벽, 상기 코어벽과 좌,우측 접합벽 및 좌,우측 측벽 그리고 후벽에 의해 에워싸져 바닥판의 상부로 개구되어 있는 빗물저류실을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
