The present invention provides a wall deck panel for a building. The wall deck panel for a building comprises: an outer deck panel including an outer deck plate, an outer truss girder disposed on the outer deck plate, and an outer reinforcing portion coupled to the outer deck plate or the outer truss girder; an inner deck panel including an inner deck plate, an inner truss girder disposed on the inner deck plate, and an inner reinforcing portion coupled to the inner deck plate or the inner truss girder; and a fastening portion coupling the outer deck panel to the inner deck panel.
