The present invention relates to an automatically operated disaster warning apparatus and an erecting method for a tube, which can more effectively warn against disaster by installing a noise generation unit, a light generation unit, and a smoke and fog generation unit in a tube, and can more effectively erect a tube in a narrow mountain path or the like by erecting the road with an excavator which is smaller than a crane.
본 발명은 관체에 소음 발생부와 광 발생부 그리고 연무 발생부를 설치하여 보다 효율적으로 재난을 경보할 수 있도록 함은 물론 크레인보다 소형인 굴삭기를 이용하여 관체를 직립하도록 하여 좁은 산길 등에서도 보다 효율적으로 관체를 직립할 수 있는 전 자동 재난 경보 장치 및 관체 직립 방법이다.
