Tower using Band Ring Segment and Constructing Method thereof
The present invention relates to a precast segments assembly-type tower using band ring segments and a construction method thereof. The construction method to construct a cylindrical tower tapering upwards includes dividing the tower into a plurality of segments in a radial direction, making each of the segments with a precast concrete member in a factory, and assembling the segments in a field. When the segments are assembled, a ring-shaped band ring segment manufactured by match casting is arranged on edges of the segments between upper and lower floor tower sections so that each of the segments are firmly fastened at correct positions in the radial direction.
본 발명은 상향으로 갈수록 단면이 작아지는 테이퍼진 원기둥 형태의 타워구조물을 시공함에 있어서, 타워구조물을 원주방향으로 복수개의 분할편으로 분할하여, 각각의 분할편을 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재로 사전에 공장 제작한 후 현장에서 조립하되, 매치 캐스팅(match casting)으로 제작된 링형상의 밴드 링 세그먼트를 위,아래 층의 타워섹션 사이에서 분할편 가장자리에 각각 배치하여 각각의 분할편을 정확한 위치에서 원주방향으로 더욱 견고하게 결속시키는 구성을 가지는 "밴드 링 세그먼트를 이용한 프리캐스트 분할편 조립형 타워구조물 및 그 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
