The present invention relates to a device for mounting a counterweight to construction equipment. According to the present invention, the device for mounting a counterweight includes: a support frame which includes a counterweight holding unit for supporting a counterweight; a main link of which the lower end is combined using a hinge with the support frame to be rotatable around a main link hinge shaft and which includes a guide pin; a hydraulic cylinder which includes a cylinder of which the lower end is combined with the support frame to be rotatable around a hydraulic cylinder hinge shaft lower than the main link hinge shaft and a cylinder rod of which the upper end is combined using a hinge with the main link and which rotates the main link through elongation; a slide link of which the lower end is combined using a hinge with the support frame to be rotatable around a slide link hinge shaft higher than the main link hinge shaft and which includes a guide hole into which the guide pin is inserted to be able to slide in the longitudinal direction; and a flexible body of which one end is combined with the main link and the other end is connected to the counterweight.
본 발명은 건설기계에 카운터웨이트를 장착시키기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 카운터웨이트 장착 장치는 카운터웨이트를 지지하는 카운터웨이트 거치부를 포함하는 지지프레임; 메인링크 힌지축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 하단이 상기 지지프레임에 힌지결합되고, 가이드핀을 구비하는 메인링크; 상기 메인링크 힌지축보다 낮은 위치의 유압실린더 힌지축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 하단이 상기 지지프레임에 결합되는 실린더 및 상단이 상기 메인링크에 힌지결합되는 실린더로드를 포함하며, 신축되어 상기 메인링크를 회전시키는 유압실린더; 상기 메인링크 힌지축보다 높은 위치의 슬라이드링크 힌지축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 하단이 상기 지지프레임에 힌지결합되고, 상기 가이드핀이 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되는 가이드홀이 길이 방향으로 형성되는 슬라이드링크; 및 일단이 상기 메인링크에 결합되고, 타단은 상기 카운터웨이트에 결합되는 유연체를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a device for mounting a counterweight to construction equipment.
