According to the present invention, a reinforced earth retaining wall is disclosed. The disclosed reinforced earth retaining wall comprises: a plurality of reinforced earth blocks arranged to be stacked; a decoration panel provided in the reinforced earth blocks; and a guide groove portion formed in the reinforced earth blocks for the decoration panel to be changed.
