The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a louver of a vertical blind from flapping to be noisy and tangled by wing when a window is opened. According to an existing vertical blind, the window is hard to be opened since the louver of the blind is shaken and is flapped to be tangled to collide with a widow frame to generate a noise. However, the present invention secures convenient indoor living even if the wind blows hard by enabling a fixing device (20) where a wheel installed in a lower end frame (10) of the vertical blind is attached to be attached to the window or the window frame to prevent the louver from flapping.
본 고안은 창문을 열었을 때나 때 불어 오는 바람 때문에 버티컬 블라인드의 루버(Louber)가 펄럭거려 시끄럽고 뒤엉키는 현상을 막기 위한 목적으로 고안되었다. 종래의 버티컬 블라인드는 블라인드의 루버가 흔들거릴 뿐만 아니라 심하면 휘날려 서로 엉키고 창틀에 부딪히는 소음 때문에 창문을 열어두기가 어려운 점 있었다. 그러나 본 고안은 바람이 심하게 불어도,버티컬 블라인드의 하단 프레임(10)에 설치되어있는 바퀴(21)가 부착된 고정장치(20)가 창문이나 창틀에 부착되어 루버의 휘날림이 방지되기 특징을 갖추고 있어 편리한 실내생활이 보장된다.
