Porous high-strength lightweight aggregate made by using sludge
The present invention relates to preparation of porous high-strength lightweight aggregates. According to the present invention, provided is a ceramic composition for preparing aggregates, which comprises: 30-50 parts by weight of water and sewage sludge; 10-20 parts by weight of pulp sludge; 20-30 parts by weight of feldspar; 20-30 parts by weight of red clay; 10-15 parts by weight of mica; 5-10 parts by weight of cullet; 1-2 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1-2 parts by weight of a foam additive; and 1-2 parts by weight of a forming agent. The aggregates prepared using the ceramic composition is a lightweight material having high strength, and can be used for various purposes. Moreover, the aggregates has low production costs in comparison to waste disposal, and has excellent energy saving effect, thereby being remarkably cost-efficient.
본 발명은 다공질 고강도 경량 골재의 제조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 상하수도 슬러지 30~50중량부, 펄프 슬러지 10~20중량부, 장석 20~30중량부, 황토 20~30중량부, 운모 10~15중량부, 파유리 5~10중량부, 계면활성제 1~2중량부, 기포제 1~2중량부 및 forming agent 1~2중량부를 함유하는 골재제조용 세라믹조성물이 제공된다. 상기 세라믹조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 본 발명의 골재는 고강도의 경량재로서 다양한 활용이 가능하고 폐기물 처리에 비해 생산비용도 저렴하며 에너지 절감 효과도 뛰어나 매우 경제적이다.
