The present invention relates to a fixing device for an exterior material of a building and a method for fixing an exterior material of a building using the same. The fixing device for an exterior material of a building comprises: a stone panel (100) formed in a rectangular or square panel form and having an insertion fixing groove (110) horizontally long and concave to the inner side at the upper and lower ends; a position adjusting member (200) connected to an outer wall of a building structure and having an adjustment connection groove (210) of the shape of in which the front side is open on a cross section in the vertical direction or in the horizontal direction; a support fixing unit (300) fixed and connected by being inserted into the adjustment connection groove (210) of the position adjusting member (200) to slide and supporting and fixing the lower part of a stone material; and an elastic fixing unit (400) fixed and connected by being inserted into the adjustment connection groove (210) of the position adjusting member (200) to slide and elastically transformed in order for the stone panel (100) to be detached, wherein the elastic fixing unit (400) fixes the upper part of the stone panel (100). The fixing device for an exterior material of a building enables a worker to conveniently install and fix the exterior material of the building and enables an installation position to be conveniently adjusted after the exterior material of the building is installed and fixed. The fixing device for an exterior material of a building enables easy maintenance in accordance with damage.
본 발명은 건축 외장재 고정장치와 이를 이용한 건축 외장재 고정방법에 관한 것으로, 직사각 또는 사각의 판재 형태로 형성되고, 상하단부에 내측으로 요입형성된 끼움고정홈(110)이 수평상으로 길게 형성된 석재패널(100)과; 건축 구조물 외벽에 결합되고, 평단면상에서 전방이 개방된 "ㅓ" 형상의 조정결합홈(210)이 세로방향 또는 가로방향으로 형성된 위치조정부재(200)와; 상기 위치조정부재(200)의 조정결합홈(210)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼움되어 고정결합되고, 석재의 하부를 지지 고정하도록 구비된 받침고정수단(300)과; 상기 위치조정부재(200)의 조정결합홈(210)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼움되어 고정결합되고, 석재패널(100)의 탈부착이 가능하도록 탄성변형되며, 석재패널(100)의 상부를 고정하도록 구비된 탄성고정수단(400);으로 형성된 건축 외장재 고정장치를 통해 건축 외장재 설치고정이 간편하고, 설치고정후에도 설치위치의 조정이 간편하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 파손에 따른 유지보수가 용이한 건축 외장재 고정장치와 이를 이용한 건축 외장재 고정방법에 관한 것이다.
