The present invention relates to a door frame of a fire door having a function to prevent dew condensation, realizing a structure inserting a first and a second packing for insulation and fire resistance into a second space formed in the door frame to make the first and the second packing block outdoor noise and air flow twice; thereby providing noise blocking effect and insulation effect, and preventing dew condensation. According to the present invention, the door frame for a fire door having the function to prevent dew condensation, including the door frame (2) fixated in an exit, and the fire door (4) installed in the door frame (2) to be able to open/close; comprises: an inner frame (10) integrally formed by sequentially bending a horizontal part (14), a vertical part (16), and an inner assembly part (18) having a first and a second space (22, 24); an outer frame integrally formed by sequentially bending an outer assembly part (26) combined with the inner assembly part (18), a horizontal part (28), and a vertical part (32) having a third space (30) on an upper part; a non-flammable gasket (44) installed in the first and the third space (22, 30) while being combined with the inner and the outer assembly part (18, 26); and a first packing (50) providing a sealing force with respect to the fire door (4) in a closed state while being inserted into the second space (24).
본 발명은 결로 방지 기능을 갖는 방화문용 문틀에 관한 것으로써, 그 목적으로는 도어프레임에 형성한 제2공간과 결합홈에 단열 및 내화용도의 제1패킹과 제2패킹을 각각 끼워 결합하는 구조를 실현함으로써, 실외의 소음과 공기 흐름을 2차에 걸쳐 제1패킹과 제2패킹이 차단하게 하여, 소음차단과 단열효과 그리고 결로현상을 방지하고자 하는 데에 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 출입구에 도어프레임(2)이 고정 설치되고, 상기 도어프레임(2)에는 방화문(4)이 개,폐 가능하게 설치된 결로 방지기능을 갖는 방화문용 문틀에 있어서, 상기 도어프레임(2)은, 수평부(14)와, 수직부(16)와, 제1,2공간(22,24)을 형성한 내측조립부(18)를 순차적으로 절곡 시키면서 일체로 형성되는 내측프레임(10); 상기 내측조립부(18)에 결합되는 외측조립부(26)와, 수평부(28)와, 제3공간(30)을 상부에 형성한 수직부(32)를 순차적으로 절곡 시키면서 일체로 형성되는 외측프레임(12); 상기 내,외측조립부(18,26)에 결합 되면서 제1,3공간(22,30)에 배치되는 불연소재의 가스켓(44); 상기 제2공간(24)에 끼워져 설치 되면서 닫힘 상태의 방화문(4)에 대해 밀폐력을 제공하는 제1패킹(50):으로 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
