LOCKER ATTACHED TO BODY OF BICYCLE INTEGRALLY AND BICYCLE USING THE SAME
A locking device integrally attached to a bicycle body is capable of being received by a receiving unit of a bicycle; thereby preventing inconvenience to a user caused by carrying the locking device, reducing the possibilities of losing the locking device, and preventing the locking device from colliding with a bicycle while riding. According to the present invention, provided is the locking device for the bicycle comprising: a first lock element having a first coupling unit of which one end joined to a predetermined first part inside the receiving unit formed in the body, and the other end capable of receiving by the receiving unit in a first state and unable to escape from the receiving unit in a second state; and a second lock element having a second coupling unit capable of being locked with the first coupling unit of which one end is joined to a predetermined second part inside the receiving unit formed in the body, and the other end capable of receiving by the receiving unit in the first state and being able to escape from the receiving unit in the second state. The locking device for a bicycle couples the first and second coupling units by covering a tire of a wheel of the bicycle with the first and second lock elements in the second state. The first and second lock elements are returned back to the first state when the first and second coupling units are separated.
본 발명에 따르면, 자전거에 일체형으로 부착되어 있는 잠금 장치가 자전거의 수용부 내에 수용될 수 있어, 사용자가 소지하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움을 없애고 분실의 위험을 줄일 수 있으며, 자전거의 주행 중에 자전거와 부딪힐 염려가 없도록 하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 일단은, 상기 본체에 형성되어 있는 수용부 내에서 소정의 제1 부위에 결합되어 있고, 타단은, 제1 상태에서 상기 수용부에 수용되어 있다가 제2 상태에서 상기 수용부로부터 빠져나올 수 있되, 제1 결합부를 포함하는 제1 자물쇠 요소; 및 일단은, 상기 본체에 형성되어 있는 상기 수용부 내에서 소정의 제2 부위에 결합되어 있고, 타단은, 상기 제1 상태에서 상기 수용부에 수용되어 있다가 상기 제2 상태에서 상기 수용부로부터 빠져나올 수 있되, 상기 제1 결합부와 락(lock)될 수 있는 제2 결합부를 포함하는 제2 자물쇠 요소를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제2 상태에서, 상기 제1 자물쇠 요소와 상기 제2 자물쇠 요소가 상기 자전거의 바퀴의 타이어를 감싸도록 하여 상기 제1 결합부와 상기 제2 결합부를 결합시키고, 상기 제1 결합부와 상기 제2 결합부의 결합이 해제되면 상기 제1 자물쇠 요소와 상기 제2 자물쇠 요소가 다시 상기 제1 상태로 복원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거용 잠금 장치를 제공한다.

A locking device integrally attached to a bicycle body is capable of being received by a receiving unit of a bicycle; thereby preventing inconvenience to a user caused by carrying the locking device, reducing the possibilities of losing the locking device, and preventing the locking device from colliding with a bicycle while riding. According to the present invention, provided is the locking device for the bicycle comprising: a first lock element having a first coupling unit of which one end joined to a predetermined first part inside the receiving unit formed in the body, and the other end capable of receiving by the receiving unit in a first state and unable to escape from the receiving unit in a second state; and a second lock element having a second coupling unit capable of being locked with the first coupling unit of which one end is joined to a predetermined second part inside the receiving unit formed in the body, and the other end capable of receiving by the receiving unit in the first state and being able to escape from the receiving unit in the second state. The locking device for a bicycle couples the first and second coupling units by covering a tire of a wheel of the bicycle with the first and second lock elements in the second state. The first and second lock elements are returned back to the first state when the first and second coupling units are separated.
본 발명에 따르면, 자전거에 일체형으로 부착되어 있는 잠금 장치가 자전거의 수용부 내에 수용될 수 있어, 사용자가 소지하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움을 없애고 분실의 위험을 줄일 수 있으며, 자전거의 주행 중에 자전거와 부딪힐 염려가 없도록 하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 일단은, 상기 본체에 형성되어 있는 수용부 내에서 소정의 제1 부위에 결합되어 있고, 타단은, 제1 상태에서 상기 수용부에 수용되어 있다가 제2 상태에서 상기 수용부로부터 빠져나올 수 있되, 제1 결합부를 포함하는 제1 자물쇠 요소; 및 일단은, 상기 본체에 형성되어 있는 상기 수용부 내에서 소정의 제2 부위에 결합되어 있고, 타단은, 상기 제1 상태에서 상기 수용부에 수용되어 있다가 상기 제2 상태에서 상기 수용부로부터 빠져나올 수 있되, 상기 제1 결합부와 락(lock)될 수 있는 제2 결합부를 포함하는 제2 자물쇠 요소를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제2 상태에서, 상기 제1 자물쇠 요소와 상기 제2 자물쇠 요소가 상기 자전거의 바퀴의 타이어를 감싸도록 하여 상기 제1 결합부와 상기 제2 결합부를 결합시키고, 상기 제1 결합부와 상기 제2 결합부의 결합이 해제되면 상기 제1 자물쇠 요소와 상기 제2 자물쇠 요소가 다시 상기 제1 상태로 복원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거용 잠금 장치를 제공한다.
