Light emitting sidewalk block and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a light emitting braille block, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the light emitting braille block comprises: an upper braille block case having a light-transmissive window provided to at least a portion thereof; a light emitting unit provided to at least one side surface inside the upper braille block case to emit light; a light guide plate guiding light emitted from the light emitting unit, and diffusing the light; a reflection plate provided to a lower portion of the light guide plate to reflect the light diffused by the light guide plate to be emitted through the light-transmissive window; and a lower braille block case coupled to the upper braille block case to fixate the light emitting unit, the light guide plate, and the reflection plate inside the upper braille block case. The light emitting unit is sealed by a first sealing substance, and the light emitting unit sealed by the first sealing substance is sealed with the light guide plate and the reflection plate together by a second sealing substance. Moreover, the lower braille block case is provided to a lower portion of the reflection plate to be sealed by a third sealing substance.
본 발명은 발광 보도 블록 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발광 보도 블록은, 적어도 일부에 광투과성 윈도우를 구비하는 상부 보도 블록 케이스; 상기 상부 보도 블록 케이스 내 적어도 일 측면에 구비되어 광을 발산하는 발광부; 상기 발광부에서 발산된 광을 안내하고 분산시키는 도광판; 상기 도광판의 하부에 구비되어 상기 도광판에서 분산된 광이 상기 광투과성 윈도우를 통해 방출되도록 반사시키는 반사판; 및 상기 상부 보도 블록 케이스와 결합하여, 상기 상부 보도 블록 케이스 내 상기 발광부, 도광판, 및 반사판을 고정시키는 하부 보도 블록 케이스를 포함하고, 상기 발광부는 제1 실링 물질에 의해 실링되고, 상기 제1 실링 물질에 의해 실링된 발광부는 상기 도광판 및 반사판과 함께 제2 실링 물질에 의해 실링되며, 상기 하부 보도 블록 케이스는 상기 반사판의 하부에 구비되어 제3 실링 물질에 의해 실링되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
