The present invention relates to a shock absorbing crash barrier using a pillar and a rail which has a strength and shock absorbing effect appropriate to a shape of a road. According to the present invention, a shock absorbing member such as a waste tire and waste rubber is mounted on a guard rail, and the guard rail is attached to a barrier. A pillar body in which a pillar pipe is attached to a pillar unit is connected to the barrier on which the rail is mounted. A section of absorbing shock is extended as a collision unit is changed in a cone shape around an axis of the rail of the pillar pipe connected to the upper end of the guard rail when an outer force due to collision is generated. The outer force due to the collision compresses the rail on both sides, and is dispersed by tension such that separation displacement of a boundary of the barrier is reduced. Moreover, the pressure of the collision unit is dispersed to a composition unit connected by the rail, and the shock absorbed.
본 발명은 도로의 형태에 적합한 완충효과와 견고성을 갖는 지주와 레일을 이용한 완충 방호울타리에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 폐타이어와 폐고무등의 완충부재를 장착한 가드레일을 방호벽에 부착하고 지주대에 지주관을 부착한 지주체를 레일이 장착된 방호벽으로 연립하여 충돌외력 발생시 가드레일 상단에 연결된 지주관 레일의 축을 중심으로 충돌부가 원추형으로 변동되게 하여 완충되는 구간을 확장하고, 충돌외력을 양측의 레일을 압축하면서 장력으로 분산하여 방호벽 경계의 이탈변위를 감소시키고 충돌부의 압력을 레일로 연립된 구성부에 분산하여 완충하도록 구성하는 것을 요지로 한다.
