The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to couple wood. According to the present invention, the method of coupling wood comprises: a step of forming a coupling means separation prevention unit on the wood to be coupled; a step of bringing a coupling portion of coupling reference wood in contact with the wood to be coupled, on which the coupling means separation prevention unit is formed to temporarily join the wood; and a step of penetrating the coupling reference wood up to the coupling means separation prevention unit by a coupling means to couple the wood. According to the present invention, the coupling means separation prevention unit is formed on a portion of the wood to be coupled where a coupling portion of the coupling means is positioned to prevent separation of the coupling means while using the coupling means to fixate the wood to be coupled on the coupling reference wood. As such, loosening by vibration or the like is prevented, and the wood is able to firmly be fixated by the coupling means of a simple structure. Since an additional separation prevention unit is disposed on the coupling means separation prevention unit to additionally prevent separation of the coupling means, separation of the coupling means is doubly prevented.
본 발명은 목재 체결방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목재 체결방법은, 체결 대상 목재에 체결수단 분리 방지부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 체결수단 분리 방지부가 형성된 상기 체결 대상 목재에 체결 기준 목재의 체결부위를 접촉시켜 가 결합시키는 단계; 및 상기 체결 기준 목재를 체결수단에 의해 상기 체결수단 분리 방지부까지 관통하여 체결시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 체결 기준 목재에 체결 대상 목재를 체결수단을 이용하여 고정하는 과정에서 체결 대상 목재 중 체결수단의 체결 부위가 위치되는 일부분에 체결수단의 분리를 방지하도록 체결수단 분리 방지부를 형성하므로 진동 등에 의한 풀림을 방지하고, 간단한 구조의 체결수단을 통해 견고한 목재 고정이 가능하며, 체결수단 분리 방지부에 부가적으로 체결수단의 분리를 방지하도록 부가 분리 방지부를 구비하므로 이중으로 체결수단의 분리를 방지하는 효과가 있다.
