The present invention provides a snow removal apparatus for a glass house which moves a brush back and forth in a forward and a backward direction by power of a drive source, and sweeps and removes snow accumulated on a roof of a glass house. According to the present invention, the snow removal apparatus for the glass house comprises: a drive motor driven by power applied from the outside; a pinion mounted on a shaft of the drive motor to rotate; a rack gear having gear teeth to be meshed with gear teeth of the pinion, reciprocating forwards and backwards by the gear teeth meshed with each other during rotation of the pinion while being installed in one side of the glass house in a longitudinal direction of the glass house; a connection rod whose one end is installed in the pinion to position a bearing between the pinion and the same to move to a front and rear of a roof of the glass house in accordance with a forward and a backward reciprocating movement of the pinion while a rotational force of the pinion is not received; a brush installed in a lower end of the connection rod, sweeping and removing snow accumulated on the roof of the glass house in accordance with a moving operation of the connection rod while coming in contact with the roof of the glass house; and a guide block mounted on the other end of the connection rod, guiding a forward and backward reciprocating movement of the connection rod.
구동원의 동력으로 브러쉬가 전, 후 왕복 이동하며 유리 하우스 지붕에 쌓여있는 눈을 쓸어가며 제거토록 한 유리 하우스 눈 제거장치를 제공한다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 외부에서 인가된 전원으로 구동하는 구동모터, 상기 구동모터의 축에 결합되어 회전하는 피니언, 상기 피니언의 기어이와 치합되기 위한 기어이를 가지며 상기 유리하우스의 지붕 일측에 상기 유리하우스의 길이 방향을 따라 설치된 상태에서 상기 피니언이 회전하는 과정에서 서로 치합된 기어이를 통해 전, 후 왕복 이동할 수 있도록 하는 랙기어, 상기 피니언에 일단이 베어링을 사이에 두고 설치되어 상기 피니언의 회전력은 전달받지 않은 상태에서 상기 피니언의 전, 후 왕복 이동에 따라 상기 유리 하우스의 지붕 앞, 뒤로 이동하는 연결로드, 상기 연결로드의 하단에 설치되며 상기 유리 하우스의 지붕에 접촉된 상태에서 상기 연결로드의 이동 동작에 따라 상기 유리 하우스의 지붕에 쌓여있는 눈을 쓸고가며 제거하는 브러쉬 및 상기 연결로드의 타단에 결합되며 상기 연결로드의 전, 후 왕복 이동을 가이드하는 가이드블럭을 포함하여 구성한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
The present invention provides a snow removal apparatus for a glass house which moves a brush back and forth in a forward and a backward direction by power of a drive source, and sweeps and removes snow accumulated on a roof of a glass house.
