The present invention relates to an insulation frame for a multi-purpose window, and more specifically, to a technique of a new concept which integrates an exterior finishing material of a metallic material and a PVC reinforcing material without using an adhesive and uses a single PVC reinforcing material to assemble and manufacture a multi-purpose insulation frame. A conventional insulation frame for a window does not completely integrate a reinforcing frame and an exterior frame to lower structural stiffness, requires excessive time and labor for forming an insulator for blocking heat conduction, lowers productivity, and causes a problem where a purpose of the reinforcing frame is very limited. To resolve the problem, a vertical mounting unit of an exterior finishing material is pressed and supported by a pressing force generated while a first pressing protrusion formed on a PVC reinforcing material is laterally pushed, and the PVC reinforcing material and the exterior finishing material are sturdily integrated. A single PVC reinforcing material is selectively used and a multi-purpose insulation frame such as a middle insulation frame or a lower insulation frame can be assembled and manufactured.
본 발명은 다용도 창호용 단열프레임에 관한 것으로, 특히 접착제를 사용하지 않고 금속재의 외장마감재와 PVC 보강재를 일체화 함은 물론 1개의 PVC 보강재를 이용하여 다용도의 단열프레임을 조립 제작하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 게시된 창호용 단열프레임은 보강프레임 및 외장프레임이 완전한 일체성을 유지할 수 없어 구조적인 강성이 저하되고, 열전도 현상을 차단하기 위한 아존 단열재를 성형하는 시간과 인력이 과도하게 소요됨은 물론 생산성이 저하되며, 보강프레임의 용도가 매우 제한적인 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 PVC 보강재에 형성된 제1 가압돌기가 측방으로 밀리면서 발생하는 가압력으로 외장마감재의 수직 결합부를 가압 지지하면서 상기 PVC 보강재와 외장마감재가 상호 견고한 일체성을 유지할 수 있도록 하고, 1개의 PVC 보강재를 선택적으로 사용하면서 중간 단열프레임이나 하부 단열프레임과 같은 다용도의 단열프레임을 조립 제작할 수 있도록 함을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
