Method for fabricating inlaid ceramics
The present invention relates to a heat treatment method for a ceramic surface using inlaying by which an engraved portion is formed, the engraved portion is filled with an inorganic pigment-containing enamel glaze, a heat treatment is performed, and then surface polishing is performed. Provided is the heat treatment method for a ceramic surface using inlaying including: a (first) step in which the ceramic is placed in a furnace and the inside of the furnace is put into a vacuum state at a temperature at which the filling enamel glaze is not melted; a (second) step in which the enamel glaze-applied ceramic is heated to a normal heat treatment temperature of the enamel glaze and pores of the enamel glaze are closed in the vacuum state; a (third) step in which gas pressurization is performed on the enamel glaze where vacuum discarding holes are formed in the ceramic subjected to the heat treatment; and a (fourth) step in which the enamel glaze is hardened by the ceramic in the third step being cooled. According to the present invention, no pore is left on the polished surface even in the case of polishing for surface treatment following design logo and letter formation on the ceramic surface, and thus gloss and beauty can be enhanced. In addition, the strength of the logo or letter is increased based on the minimization of the pore of the enamel glaze, a reduction in the strength of a ceramic case attributable to enamel can be minimized, and damage to the logo and letter attributable to scratch or shock can be prevented even in the case of use over a long period of time.
본 발명은 음각부를 형성하고 무기안료를 포함하는 에나멜 유약을 음각부에 채워서 열처리하고 표면연마를 하는 상감기법을 이용한 세라믹 표면의 열처리 방법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹을 로에 배치하고, 채워진 에나멜 유약이 녹지 않는 온도에서 로 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 단계(제1단계); 상기 에나멜 유약이 발라진 세라믹을 에나멜 유약의 통상의 열처리 온도까지 가열하여 진공 상태에서 에나멜 유약의 기공을 닫히게 하는 단계(제2단계); 상기 열처리되는 세라믹에서 진공의 폐기공이 형성된 에나멜 유약을 가스로 가압하는 단계(제3단계) 및 상기 제3단계의 세라믹을 냉각시켜 에나멜 유약을 경화시키는 단계(제4단계)를 포함하는 상감기법을 이용한 세라믹 표면의 열처리 방법을 제공한다. 따라서 디자인된 로고나 글자가 세라믹 표면 상에 형성되고 난 이후에 표면처리를 위해 연마하여도 연마된 표면에 기공이 남아있지 않아서 높은 광택과 미감을 나타내고, 에나멜 유약의 기공이 최소화 되어 로고나 글자의 강도가 증가되고 에나멜에 의한 세라믹 케이스의 강도 저하도 최소화되며, 장시간 사용하여도 스크래치나 충격에 의한 로고나 글자의 훼손을 방지할 수 있다.
