The present invention relates to a pillar embedment integration type temporary soundproof wall and an installation method for the same. According to the present invention, the temporary soundproof wall comprises: a PC pile (200) formed of concrete and individually fixed by being erected to multiple guiding grooves (100) formed on the ground, wherein the PC pile (200) has an insertion groove (220) in which the upper surface is open to the upper side; an H-beam (300) wherein a lower end is inserted and fixed into the insertion groove (220) formed in the PC pile (200); and a soundproof plate (400) blocking noise and dust as both ends are connected between the beam (300) and the beam (300a). According to the present invention, after the PC pile fixing the pillar is manufactured in a factory in advance, and the PC pile is transferred to a site so that the PC pile is erect on the ground or a foundation structure. Therefore, the temporary soundproof wall can remarkably reduce installation periods and enables the H-beam to be reused by being separated without damage as the H-beam is dismantled and separated from the PC pile when the temporary soundproof wall is demolished. The PC pile buried in the ground also can be reused by being pulled out by equipment. So, the costs are reduced, and the generation of waste is suppressed. Therefore, the temporary soundproof wall is environmentally friendly and provides the beautiful appearance as a transfer paper is bonded to the surface of the soundproof plate.
본 발명은 지주 매입 일체형 가설 방음벽 및 그 설치공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 가설 방음벽에 있어서, 콘크리트로 성형되고 지면에 형성된 복수개의 안내홈(100)에 각각 세워져 고정되며 상면에 상향 개방된 형태의 삽입홈(220)이 형성된 PC말뚝(200); 상기 PC말뚝(200)에 형성된 삽입홈(220)에 하단이 끼워져 고정되는 "H"형 지주(300); 상기 지주(300)와 지주(300a) 사이에 양단이 결합되어 소음 및 분진을 차단하는 방음판(400);을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 지주를 고정하는 PC말뚝을 공장에서 미리 제조한 다음 현장으로 이송시켜 지면 또는 기초구조물에 세워져 설치되도록 한 것으로, 설치 기간을 크게 단축할 수 있고, 철거시 "H" 형 지주를 PC말뚝으로부터 해체하여 분리하기 때문에 H빔을 손상 없이 분리하여 재사용을 할 수 있고, 상기 지중에 매설된 PC말뚝 역시 장비를 통해 뽑아내어 재사용할 수 있어 비용절감 및 폐기물의 발생을 억제하여 친환경적인 장점 및 방음판 표면의 전사지 부착으로 외관의 미려함을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
