DEVICE OF HINGE OF A WATERPROOF COVER OF PLUG-SOCKET
The present invention relates to a hinge device of a waterproof cover of a plug-socket. The hinge device of a waterproof cover of a plug-socket comprises: a pair of fixing pieces with an arbor hole and an inclined part and a pair of restraining pieces, formed on an upper surface of a main body of a socket to which a cover is attached so as to be laterally symmetrical at regular intervals; and a driving piece with a protrusion shaft and a spring room where a support shaft on which a spring is mounted, formed in an attachment part of each waterproof cover. According to the present invention, when the cover is compressed so that the driving piece of the cover is inserted between the fixing piece and the restraining piece of the main body, the shaft of the driving piece is coupled to the arbor hole of the fixing piece and one end of the coil spring is supported on a support hole formed on the main body at the same time, and the cover covering the socket to be attached to the upper surface of the main body by elastic action of the spring. Therefore, the hinge device of a waterproof cover of a plug-socket can be conveniently assembled, can block rainwater from being introduced, and can be more efficiently manufactured and assembled in quantity.
본 발명은 콘센트의 방우(防雨) 덮개의 경첩장치에 관한 것으로 복수의 콘센트와 전원 차단기가 일조로 배치된 콘센트에 있어서, 덮개가 유착되는 소켓의 본체 상면에는 축공과 경사부가 형성된 고정편과, 제지편이 일정한 간격을 두고 좌우 한 쌍씩 좌우 대칭으로 형성되고 각 방우 덮개의 유착부에는 돌기 형태의 지축이 형성된 가동편과 스프링이 장착되는 지지축이 형성된 스프링실이 구비되어 구성된 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 덮개의 가동편을 본체의 고정판과 제지편 사이에 삽입되게 덮개를 압착하면 가동편의 지축이 고정편의 축공에 결합되는 동시 코일 스프링의 일단부가 본체 형성된 지지공에 지지되어, 스프링의 탄성작용으로 덮개가 소켓을 덮으면서 본체 상면에 밀착되어 빗물의 유입이 차단되고 조립이 간편하여 콘센트의 방우 덮개의 경첩장치를 보다 능률적으로 다량 조립생산 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a hinge device of a waterproof cover of a plug-socket.
