The present invention relates to a scaffold base capable of maintaining a stable support force by attaching a base onto the ground by ground subsidence by being easily applied to a pipe scaffolding by using a simple structure. According to the present invention, the scaffold base connected to a vertical pipe (10) having a hanging rod (11) by being located on the bottom of an installation place comprises: a base plate (31) formed in a predetermined area; a screw shaft (32) extended from the base plate (31) upwards at a predetermined length; and a support member (33) connected by a screw to vertically move on the screw shaft (32). The support member (33) comprises: a mounting unit (34) wherein a lower end of the vertical pipe (10) is in contact with the upper surface of the mounting unit (34); a handle unit (35) protruding from the lower surface of the mounting unit (34) at a fixed length; and an insertion short pipe unit (36) formed in the form of a short pipe inserted into the vertical pipe (10) by being extended upwards from the mounting unit (34) at the fixed length. The insertion short pipe unit (36) includes: a first cutting groove (38) vertically extended from the upper end to the lower side in order for a hanging rod (11) of the vertical pipe (10) to pass through the first cutting groove (38); and a second cutting groove (39) wherein the hanging rod (11) of the vertical pipe (10) is hung thereon as the second cutting groove (39) is horizontally extended from an end of the first cutting groove (38).
본 발명은 간단한 구조에 의해 단관비계 등에 용이하게 적용되어 지반침하 등에 의해서도 베이스를 지면에 밀착시켜 견고한 지지력을 유지할 수 있도록 된 비계베이스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 설치장소의 바닥면에 위치되어 걸림봉(11)을 갖는 수직파이프(10)에 결합되도록 된 비계베이스에 있어서; 일정 면적으로 된 베이스판(31)과; 상기 베이스판(31) 상에 일정 길이로 상향 연장되는 스크류축(32)과; 상기 스크류축(32) 상에 상하로 이동 가능하도록 나사결합되는 서포터부재(33)로 구성되며; 상기 서포터부재(33)는 상면에 상기 수직파이프(10)의 하단이 접촉되는 안착부(34)와; 상기 안착부(34)의 하측면에 일정 길이로 돌출되는 손잡이부(35)와; 상기 안착부(34) 상에 일정 길이로 상향 연장되어 상기 수직파이프(10)에 삽입되는 단관체 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 수직파이프(10)의 걸림봉(11)이 통과되도록 상단으로부터 수직 하방으로 연장되는 제1 절개홈(38)과 상기 제1 절개홈(38)의 단부에서 수평방향으로 연장되어 상기 수직파이프(10)의 걸림봉(11)이 걸리도록 된 제2 절개홈(39)이 형성된 삽입단관부(36)를 포함하여 이루어진 비계베이스가 제공된다.
The present invention relates to a scaffold base capable of maintaining a stable support force by attaching a base onto the ground by ground subsidence by being easily applied to a pipe scaffolding by using a simple structure. According to the present invention, the scaffold base connected to a vertical pipe (10) having a hanging rod (11) by being located on the bottom of an installation place comprises: a base plate (31) formed in a predetermined area; a screw shaft (32) extended from the base plate (31) upwards at a predetermined length; and a support member (33) connected by a screw to vertically move on the screw shaft (32). The support member (33) comprises: a mounting unit (34) wherein a lower end of the vertical pipe (10) is in contact with the upper surface of the mounting unit (34); a handle unit (35) protruding from the lower surface of the mounting unit (34) at a fixed length; and an insertion short pipe unit (36) formed in the form of a short pipe inserted into the vertical pipe (10) by being extended upwards from the mounting unit (34) at the fixed length. The insertion short pipe unit (36) includes: a first cutting groove (38) vertically extended from the upper end to the lower side in order for a hanging rod (11) of the vertical pipe (10) to pass through the first cutting groove (38); and a second cutting groove (39) wherein the hanging rod (11) of the vertical pipe (10) is hung thereon as the second cutting groove (39) is horizontally extended from an end of the first cutting groove (38).
본 발명은 간단한 구조에 의해 단관비계 등에 용이하게 적용되어 지반침하 등에 의해서도 베이스를 지면에 밀착시켜 견고한 지지력을 유지할 수 있도록 된 비계베이스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 설치장소의 바닥면에 위치되어 걸림봉(11)을 갖는 수직파이프(10)에 결합되도록 된 비계베이스에 있어서; 일정 면적으로 된 베이스판(31)과; 상기 베이스판(31) 상에 일정 길이로 상향 연장되는 스크류축(32)과; 상기 스크류축(32) 상에 상하로 이동 가능하도록 나사결합되는 서포터부재(33)로 구성되며; 상기 서포터부재(33)는 상면에 상기 수직파이프(10)의 하단이 접촉되는 안착부(34)와; 상기 안착부(34)의 하측면에 일정 길이로 돌출되는 손잡이부(35)와; 상기 안착부(34) 상에 일정 길이로 상향 연장되어 상기 수직파이프(10)에 삽입되는 단관체 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 수직파이프(10)의 걸림봉(11)이 통과되도록 상단으로부터 수직 하방으로 연장되는 제1 절개홈(38)과 상기 제1 절개홈(38)의 단부에서 수평방향으로 연장되어 상기 수직파이프(10)의 걸림봉(11)이 걸리도록 된 제2 절개홈(39)이 형성된 삽입단관부(36)를 포함하여 이루어진 비계베이스가 제공된다.
