    PRODUCING METHOD OF HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL

    The present invention relates to a producing method of heat insulating materials, which comprises: (a) a step of melting and cooling lithium aluminum silicate (LAS) sludge, and manufacturing LAS of the glassy state; (b) a step of manufacturing the LAS with a crystalline nucleus therein through first heat-treatment of the LAS of the glassy state before; (c) a step of manufacturing the crystallized LAS through second heat-treatment of the LAS with the crystalline nucleus which is conducted at a higher temperature than a temperature of the first heat treatment; (d) a step of processing the crystallized LAS in a shape of plates; and (e) a step of laminating a plurality of the plate-shaped LAS.

    본 발명은 단열재 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 단열재 제조 방법은, (a) LAS(lithium aluminum silicate) 슬러지를 용융한 후 냉각하여 유리상태(glassy state)의 LAS를 제조하는 단계; (b) 유리상태의 LAS를 제1 열처리하여 결정핵이 생성된 LAS를 제조하는 단계; (c) 결정핵이 생성된 LAS를 제1 열처리 온도보다 높은 온도로 제2 열처리하여 결정화된 LAS를 제조하는 단계; (d) 상기 결정화된 LAS를 판 형상으로 가공하는 단계; 및 (e) 복수의 상기 판 형상의 LAS를 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
