Disclosed is an asphalt-based adhesive waterproof sheet. The asphalt-based adhesive waterproof sheet, which is employed to protect a building, a building structure such as a roof, or an underground structure such as an underground parking lot, includes: a waterproof film layer forming the top surface; an adhesive waterproof layer which is arranged on the lower part of the waterproof film including 52 to 56 wt% of straight asphalt (ap-3), 11 to 15 wt% of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), 10 to 13 wt% of seed oil, 12 to 16 wt% of a petroleum hydrocarbon resin, 3 to 5 wt% of chlorinated rubber, and 3 to 5 wt% of fillers (or calcium carbonate); and a release sheet which is attached on the lower surface of the adhesive waterproof layer.
본 개시(Disclosure)는, 일반 건축물이나 옥상바닥 등의 건축 구조물 및 지하 주차장 등의 지하 구조물의 방수에 사용되는 아스팔트계 점착성 방수시트에 관한 것으로서, 최상 면을 형성하는 방수 필름층; 상기 방수 필름층 하부에 배치되며, 스트레이트 아스팔트(ap-3) 52~56 중량%, 열가소성 엘라스토머(Thermoplastic elastomer, TPE) 11~15 중량%, 채종유 10~13 중량%, 석유탄화수소 수지(Petroleum hydrocarbon resin) 12~16 중량%, 염화고무 3~5 중량% 및 충진재(탄산칼슘) 3~5 중량%로 조성되는 방수 점착층; 및 상기 방수 점착층의 하부 면에 부착되는 박리지;를 포함하는 아스팔트계 점착성 방수시트를 제1 발명으로 제공한다.
