DEVICE FOR SPRAYING BEAD IN THE TRAFFIC LANE MARKING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a bead spray device for a traffic lane marking machine, capable of spraying glass beads by being installed in a traffic lane marking machine drawing a traffic lane on a road. The present invention includes: a lower case (10) installed in a side part of the body of the traffic lane marking machine; an upper case (30) placed in the upper part of the lower case (10) to control the amount of beads supplied to the lower case (10); and a centrifugal projection impeller (20) placed inside the lower case (10) to be rotatable. The lower case (10) includes a cylindrical housing (12) to surround the centrifugal projection impeller (20). The cylindrical housing (12) includes an upper inlet (13) and a lower outlet (14). A discharge guide part (16) is connected to the lower outlet (14). The discharge guide part (16) is inclined downwards to a side matched with a rotational direction of the centrifugal projection impeller (20). The width (W1) of an outlet of the discharge guide part (16) is tapered from the top to the bottom.
본 발명은 도로에 차선을 그리는 차선도색기에 장착되어, 글라스 비드를 분사하는 차선도색기용 비드분사장치에 관한 것으로서, 차선도색기 본체의 측부에 하부 케이스(10)가 장착되고, 하부 케이스(10)로 공급되는 비드의 양을 조절하기 위한 상부 케이스(30)가 하부 케이스(10)의 상부에 배치되고, 하부 케이스(10)의 내부에 원심 투사용 임펠러(20)가 회전 가능하게 배치되는 차선도색기용 비드분사장치에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스(10)는 내부에 원심 투사용 임펠러(20)를 감싸도록 원통형 하우징(12)이 형성되고, 원통형 하우징(12)에 상부 투입구(13)와 하부 토출구(14)가 형성되며, 하부 토출구(14)에 토출 가이드부(16)가 연결되고, 토출 가이드부(16)가 원심 투사용 임펠러(20)의 회전 방향과 일치되는 쪽으로 하부로 경사지게 형성되고, 토출 가이드부(16)의 토출구 폭(W1)이 상단에서 하단으로 갈수록 좁아지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
