The door support rail structure having a slide door of a wardrobe
The present invention relates to a rail structure for supporting a door of a wardrobe. The rail structure of rails, which are extended horizontally in each of upper and lower parts of the wardrobe to support the door of the sliding door-type wardrobe, firmly supports a load of the door, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the door and rails. Also, the rail structure allows a tight finish of a space between the ceiling and floor, and thus provides the wardrobe with an appearance of a built-in wardrobe. Moreover, the rail structure may reduce a load of the wardrobe, thereby making transportation and manufacture easy. In a wardrobe comprising a wardrobe housing including multiple boxes, and upper and lower rails made with aluminum extruded frames in upper and lower parts of the housing, wherein the rails are fixed in upper and lower parts of the wardrobe according to extension of a width of the wardrobe to support and guide a slide door, the upper and lower rails (1, 2) made with the aluminum extruded frames are fixed on upper and lower plates of the wardrobe according to the extension of the width of the wardrobe. In the lower rail (2) supporting a load of the slide door, a bottom end part of the lower rail is installed to be in contact with the same ground as the ground where the wardrobe is installed, so all loads are applied vertically to the lower rail and supported directly by the ground.
본 발명은 장롱 도어를 지지하는 레일 구조에 관한 것으로 슬라이드 도어를 갖는 장롱의 도어를 지지하기 위해 장롱의 상, 하부에 횡방향으로 연장 설치하는 지지 레일에 있어 도어 하중을 견고하게 지지하여 도어와 레일의 수명을 길게하고 천장과 바닥 사이의 공간을 긴밀하게 마감할 수 있도록 이루어 붙박이 장롱과 같은 외관을 제공하도록 이루며 전체적인 장롱 하중을 감소시켜 운반 및 제조가 용이한 슬라이드 도어를 갖는 장롱의 도어 지지 레일 구조를 이루고자, 전면이 개방된 다수의 통으로 이루어지는 장롱 함체와, 함체의 상 하부에 알루미늄 압출 프레임으로 이루어지는 상, 하부 레일을 장롱 폭 연장에 맞추어 장롱의 상, 하부에 고정하여 슬라이드 도어를 지지하고 안내하도록 이루어지는 슬라이드 장롱에 있어서, 알루미늄 압출 프레임으로 이루어지는 상, 하부 레일(1, 2)을 장롱 폭 연장에 맞추어 장롱을 이루는 상, 하판에 고정하여 슬라이드 도어를 지지하고 안내하도록 이루되, 슬라이드 도어의 하중을 지지하는 하부 레일(2)은 장롱의 설치 지면과 동일 지면에 하부 레일의 하단부가 맞닿아 지지하도록 이루어 모든 하중이 하부 레일에 수직으로 작용하여 지면에 직접 지지하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The door support rail structure having a slide door of a wardrobe
The present invention relates to a rail structure for supporting a door of a wardrobe. The rail structure of rails, which are extended horizontally in each of upper and lower parts of the wardrobe to support the door of the sliding door-type wardrobe, firmly supports a load of the door, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the door and rails. Also, the rail structure allows a tight finish of a space between the ceiling and floor, and thus provides the wardrobe with an appearance of a built-in wardrobe. Moreover, the rail structure may reduce a load of the wardrobe, thereby making transportation and manufacture easy. In a wardrobe comprising a wardrobe housing including multiple boxes, and upper and lower rails made with aluminum extruded frames in upper and lower parts of the housing, wherein the rails are fixed in upper and lower parts of the wardrobe according to extension of a width of the wardrobe to support and guide a slide door, the upper and lower rails (1, 2) made with the aluminum extruded frames are fixed on upper and lower plates of the wardrobe according to the extension of the width of the wardrobe. In the lower rail (2) supporting a load of the slide door, a bottom end part of the lower rail is installed to be in contact with the same ground as the ground where the wardrobe is installed, so all loads are applied vertically to the lower rail and supported directly by the ground.
