METHOD CONSTRUCTION CLAY BRICK AND STRUCTURE CLAY BRICK EASY CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a method for prefabricated clay brick masonry for constructing an outer wall such as a brick wall or a decorative wall and, more specifically, to a structure and a method for clay brick masonry facilitating masonry. A red clay brick has a cuboid shape. An inclined surface of a chamfering machine form is formed on each edge of the cuboid. One or more connection grooves are formed on an upper and a lower surface of the clay brick. A connection bar is installed in the connection grooves of the clay brick to sturdily join a lower clay brick and an upper clay brick and align a left/right line on a horizontal line. The present invention uses the connection bar to be inserted into the connection grooves of the clay brick and stack clay bricks to allow an unskilled worker to simply align a left and a right row of clay bricks horizontally and shorten clay brick masonry time.
본 발명은 담장이나 치장벽 등의 외벽을 시공하는 조립식 흙 벽돌 조적 공법에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 흙 벽돌은, 직육면체로 이루어지고, 직육면체의 각 모서리는 면취기 형태의 경사면이 형성되고, 흙 벽돌의 상면과 저면에 1개 또는 복수의 연결홈이 형성되며, 상기 흙 벽돌의 연결홈에는 하부의 흙 벽돌과 상부의 흙 벽돌이 견고하게 결합되고 좌우 줄이 수평선상으로 정열되도록 연결바가 설치되는 구성이다. 이와 같이 된 본 발명은 연결바를 이용하여 흙 벽돌의 연결홈에 끼워지도록 하면서 흙 벽돌을 조적 함으로 미숙련자라 하더라도 흙 벽돌의 좌우 열을 간단하게 수평으로 정열할 수 있는 동시에 흙 벽돌 조적 작업시간을 단축할 수 있게 된 조적이 용이한 흙 벽돌 구조 및 흙 벽돌 조적 공법에 관한 것이다.
