Rock excavator and method of rock excavation
The present invention relates to a rock excavator, and a rock excavation method. More specifically, the present invention provides a rock excavator comprising: an excavator unit rotatably placed on an end unit of an arm of the excavator; and a first driving unit whose one end is connected to the arm of the excavator, whose other end is connected to the excavator unit which rotates and drives the excavator unit by an oil pressure. The excavator unit comprises: a central shaft rotatably placed on the end unit of the arm of the excavator; a plurality of rock splitters, four of which are placed on a circumference of the central shaft at an interval of 90 degrees, which rotate on the same plane as that of the central shaft which moves in a straight line forwards and backwards; and four second driving unit whose one end is connected to the central shaft whose other end is connected to the side of the rock splitters which rotates and drives the rock splitters by an oil pressure. The present invention is able to punch a rock by operating the plurality of rock splitters and the driving units, which are placed on the excavator unit; makes it easier to split a punched rock at the same time; punches a rock by spraying high-pressure water by a rock splitter system placed on the rock splitters of the excavator unit; and minimizes vibration and noise.
본 발명은 암반 굴착기 및 암반 굴착 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 굴착기의 암의 단부에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 굴착장치와; 일단은 상기 굴착기의 암에 연결되고 타단은 상기 굴착장치에 연결되며 유압에 의해 상기 굴착장치를 회전 구동하는 제1구동장치를; 포함하고, 상기 굴착장치는 상기 굴착기 암의 단부에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 중심축과, 상기 중심축의 둘레에 90도 간격으로 4개 구비되고 상기 중심축과 동일한 평면상에서 회전하며 전후방향으로 직선 이동하는 복수의 할암기와, 일단은 상기 중심축에 연결되고 타단은 상기 할암기측에 연결되어 유압에 의해 상기 할암기를 회전 구동하는 4개의 제2구동장치를 포함하여 굴착장치에 구비된 복수의 할암기와 구동장치 작동을 통해 암반을 천공할 수 있게 하는 동시에 천공된 암반을 할암시키는 것이 용이하게 하고, 굴착장치의 할암기에 구비된 할암시스템에 의해 고압수를 분사시켜 암반을 천공함으로써, 진동 및 소음 발생이 최소화되는 효과를 제공하도록 하는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a rock excavator, and a rock excavation method.
