Pile coupler
The present invention relates to a pile coupler and a pile connection method using the same and, specifically, to a pile installed to be embedded into the ground to support a structure such as a solar power generation device. Specifically, the pile couplers are formed in a pair and individually include: a semicircular plate unit in which a transverse cross section has a semicircular form; and a coupling plate having multiple coupling grooves in the longitudinal direction by individually protruding to the outer side of the semicircular plate unit. The semicircular plate unit comprises: an upper semicircular plate unit formed in a fixed length; a lower semicircular plate unit extended from the upper semicircular plate unit downward in the longitudinal direction and formed at the fixed length; and a support plate horizontally formed to protrude to the center of a semicircle of an inner wall of the semicircular plate unit to cross the upper semicircular plate unit and the lower semicircular plate unit. A pressing protrusion is individually formed in the upper semicircular plate unit and the lower semicircular plate unit to improve a connection force by pressing the outer circumference of the pile when the pile coupler is coupled. The pressing protrusion is formed as a protrusion unit protruding to the inner side along a semicircular form of a wall of the upper semicircular plate unit and the lower semicircular plate unit. The pair of the pile couplers couples a coupling unit through the coupling groove formed on each of the coupling plates and is coupled with each other to connect the pile.
본 발명은 파일커플러 및 이를 이용한 파일 체결방법에 관한 것으로서, 태양광발전시설 장치와 같은 구조물을 떠받치기 위하여 지반에 박히도록 설치되는 파일(pile)에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 상기 파일커플러는, 횡단면이 반원 형상인 반원판부와; 상기 반원판부의 외측방향으로 각각 돌출 형성되어 길이방향을 따라 복수의 체결홈이 형성되어 있는 체결평판을; 포함하여 한 쌍 구비되고, 상기 반원판부는, 일정 길이로 형성된 상부반원판부와; 상기 상부반원판부로부터 길이 방향 아래로 연장되며, 일정 길이로 형성되는 하부반원판부와; 상기 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부를 가르도록 상기 반원판부의 내벽 반원의 중심으로 돌출하여 수평하게 형성되는 지지평판을; 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부에는, 파일커플러를 체결했을 때 파일의 외주면을 압착하여 결합력을 높이기 위해 압착돌기가 각각 형성되어 있고, 상기 압착돌기는 상부반원판부와 하부반원판부의 벽의 반원 형상을 따라 내측으로 돌출된 돌출부로 형성되며, 상기 파일커플러는 한 쌍이 구비되어 각 체결평판에 형성된 체결홈을 통해 체결수단을 체결하여 서로 결합시켜 파일을 연결하도록 구성된다.
Pile coupler
The present invention relates to a pile coupler and a pile connection method using the same and, specifically, to a pile installed to be embedded into the ground to support a structure such as a solar power generation device. The pressing protrusion is formed as a protrusion unit protruding to the inner side along a semicircular form of a wall of the upper semicircular plate unit and the lower semicircular plate unit. The pair of the pile couplers couples a coupling unit through the coupling groove formed on each of the coupling plates and is coupled with each other to connect the pile.
