A vehicle protection fence for a bridge is disclosed. A vehicle protection fence for a bridge comprises: a strut having an upper groove and a lower groove; an upper transverse beam coupled to the upper groove of the strut; and a lower transverse beam coupled to a lower groove of the strut, wherein the strut is formed in a form of an H-beam in which a width of a web decreases as it goes from a lower part to an upper part, and comprises: an upper transverse beam securing portion having an upper groove and a lower groove to which a portion of the upper transverse beam and the lower transverse beam is accommodated formed at an upper end portion and a lower portion of the strut; and a reinforcing portion formed in a longitudinal direction of the strut on a surface opposing to a surface where the upper transverse beam is secured to, in the lower transverse beam securing portion and the upper transverse beam securing portion.
