Maintenance method of concrete wall swimming pool with stainless steel
The present invention relates to a maintenance method for a concrete wall swimming pool using stainless steel. The maintenance method for a swimming pool in which a wall and a floor are constructed of concrete comprises: a step of removing a tile (600) and mortar (500) constructed of a wall of a swimming pool (101), and exposing a concrete wall (200); a step of fixating a flat bar (230) to the concrete wall (200) at horizontally and vertically fixated intervals using a set anchor (900); a step of welding and connecting a stainless steel plate (250) to the flat bar (230); and a step of connecting a metal lath (280) to the stainless steel plate (250), and constructing the mortar (500) and the tile (600) in the metal lath (280). The maintenance method solves both an inconvenience for a user and loss of a swimming pool (101) operator and facilitates maintenance of the swimming pool (101) by preventing the tile (600) from being removed, perfectly waterproofing the swimming pool (101) while maintaining a size of the swimming pool (101) by repairing the concrete wall using a stainless metal material.
본 발명은 스테인레스 스틸을 이용한 콘크리트 벽체 수영장의 보수공법에 관한 것으로, 벽체와 바닥이 콘크리트로 시공된 수영장의 보수공법에 있어서, 수영장(101)의 벽면에 시공된 타일(600) 및 모르타르(500)를 제거하고 콘크리트 벽체(200)를 노출시키는 과정과, 콘크리트 벽체(200)에 셋트 앙카(900)를 이용하여 가로 세로 일정한 간격으로 평철(230)을 고정하는 과정과, 평철(230)에 스테인레스 스틸 판(250)을 용접 결합하는 과정 및 상기 스테인레스 스틸 판(250)에 메탈라스(280)를 결합하고 메탈라스(280)에 모르타르(500)와 타일(600)을 시공하는 과정을 포함한다.
