The present invention relates to an apparatus for filtering food waste. The apparatus for filtering food waste comprises: a plurality of unit rotary bodies wherein a portion of a food waste inlet unit is formed on an upper end thereof, a portion of a food waste stopping unit is formed on a lower end thereof, and a hinge loop unit is formed on a center thereof; a hinge ring unit to penetrate the hinge loop units of the unit rotary bodies to overlap portions of the unit rotary bodies in one direction to form an overall cylindrical shape to form a food waste accommodation space therein; and a semi-loop unit made of an elastic material in a semicircular rod shape, wherein one end thereof is bent to penetrate a first stopping loop formed on an upper end of any one among the unit rotary bodies to be stopped and fixed, the other end thereof is bent to penetrate a second stopping loop formed on an upper end of a different one among the unit rotary bodies to be stopped and fixed, a distance between the first and the second stopping loop is normally made long to narrow the food waste stopping units formed on lower ends of the unit rotary bodies, and the distance between the first and the second stopping loop is made short when discharging food waste to spread the food waste stopping units formed on the lower ends of the unit rotary bodies to drop food accommodated in the food waste accommodation space downwards.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 필터링 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상단에 음식물 투입구부의 일부가 형성되고, 하단에 음식물 걸림부의 일부가 형성되며, 중간에 힌지고리부가 형성되는 복수개의 단위 회동체; 상기 단위 회동체들의 일부분이 일방향으로 겹쳐져서 전체적으로 원통형상을 이루어서 내부에 음식물 쓰레기 수용 공간이 형성되도록 상기 단위 회동체들의 상기 힌지고리부들을 관통하여 링형상으로 형성되는 힌지링부; 및 일단부가 절곡되어 상기 단위 회동체들 중 어느 하나의 상단부에 형성된 제 1 걸림고리에 관통되어 걸림 고정되고, 타단부가 절곡되어 상기 단위 회동체들 중 다른 어느 하나의 상단부에 형성된 제 2 걸림고리에 관통되어 걸림 고정되며, 반원형의 막대 형상으로 형성되고, 평상시, 상기 제 1 걸림고리와 상기 제 2 걸림고리 사이의 거리를 멀게 하여 상기 단위 회동체들의 하단에 형성된 음식물 걸림부들이 좁아지게 하고, 음식물 쓰레기 배출시, 상기 제 1 걸림고리와 상기 제 2 걸림고리 사이의 거리를 좁게 하여 상기 단위 회동체들의 하단에 형성된 음식물 걸림부들이 펼쳐져서 상기 음식물 쓰레기 수용 공간에 수용된 음식물이 하방으로 낙하될 수 있도록 탄성재질로 이루어지는 반고리부;를 포함할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to an apparatus for filtering food waste. The apparatus for filtering food waste comprises: a plurality of unit rotary bodies wherein a portion of a food waste inlet unit is formed on an upper end thereof, a portion of a food waste stopping unit is formed on a lower end thereof, and a hinge loop unit is formed on a center thereof; a hinge ring unit to penetrate the hinge loop units of the unit rotary bodies to overlap portions of the unit rotary bodies in one direction to form an overall cylindrical shape to form a food waste accommodation space therein; and a semi-loop unit made of an elastic material in a semicircular rod shape, wherein one end thereof is bent to penetrate a first stopping loop formed on an upper end of any one among the unit rotary bodies to be stopped and fixed, the other end thereof is bent to penetrate a second stopping loop formed on an upper end of a different one among the unit rotary bodies to be stopped and fixed, a distance between the first and the second stopping loop is normally made long to narrow the food waste stopping units formed on lower ends of the unit rotary bodies, and the distance between the first and the second stopping loop is made short when discharging food waste to spread the food waste stopping units formed on the lower ends of the unit rotary bodies to drop food accommodated in the food waste accommodation space downwards.
