Apparatus for drying agricultural and aquatic products
The present invention provides an agricultural and marine product drying device using a negative pressure scheme, wherein the agricultural and marine product drying device dries several sorts of agricultural products or marine products to be dried at a relatively low temperature in which nutrients of the products are not damaged. The agricultural and marine product drying device has a moving body having a front side opened and closed to one side by a hinged door by using an axis thereof, and having a drying chamber which is decompressed in a negative pressure state by using a suctioning pump. The agricultural and marine product drying device dries several sorts of agricultural products or marine products to be dried at a low temperature in which nutrients of the products are not damaged by using the drying chamber. The moving body comprises: the drying chamber sealed by using tube-shaped pillars disposed in four edges thereof and waveform walls formed to be continuously and repeatedly bent for several times between the pillars; a pair of padlocks installed at the top and the bottom of any one end between the door and the moving body, made to ascend by an actuator, and locking and unlocking the door; an opening and closing means including a rack transcurrently installed between the door and the moving body and operated by forwardly and backwardly moving actuator, and including a pinion integrally installed on a support axis for opening and closing the door and interconnected with the rack; and plate-shaped electrical heating members disposed on the inner walls of the drying chamber. The walls of the drying chamber are reinforced, and thus the drying chamber is formed to have a relatively high negative pressure environment. Thus, an evaporation point of moisture of a material to be dried is reduced as much as possible, and a drying effect can be more improved.
본 발명은 농산물이나 수산물 등 각종의 건조물들을 그 영양소가 손상되지 않는 비교적 저온에서 건조시키게 하는 음압방식을 이용한 농ㆍ수산물 건조장치를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 건조장치는 전면이 일 측으로 지축으로 하여 여닫이식의 도어로 개폐되고 흡인펌프를 이용해 음압상태로 감압조성되는 건조실이 구비되는 동체를 가지며, 건조실을 이용해 농산물이나 수산물 등 각종의 건조물들을 그 영양소가 손상되지 않는 저온에서 건조하는 감압방식의 농ㆍ수산물 건조장치로서, 동체는 네모서리에 배치되는 관형의 기둥들과, 이 기둥들 사이에서 수회 연속적이고 반복적으로 절곡되어 설치되는 파형의 벽들을 이용해 밀폐된 건조실을 이루게 한 것과, 도어와 동체 사이의 어느 일 단 상ㆍ하측에서 한 쌍으로 설치되어 각기의 액추에이터로 승강 구동되면서 도어 폐문의 해제와 결속을 이루게 하는 쇄금들과, 도어와 동체의 사이에서 가로 건너 설치되고 전ㆍ후진하는 액추에이터에 의해 구동하는 랙과 도어의 개폐문을 위한 지지축 상에 일체로 설치되어 랙과 연동하는 피니언으로 이룬 개폐수단 및 건조실의 내벽들에 판상의 전열부재들을 갖추어서, 건조장치의 벽을 강성화하고 따라 건조실을 비교적 높은 음압환경으로 조성하여 가능한 건조물의 수분 기화점을 낮추고 건조효율을 보다 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
