Chassis for windows and doors having insulation
According to the present invention, an aluminum chassis comprises: a first and a second frame made of aluminum, formed in a hollow rectangular pipe structure, arranged side by side, and separated from each other; and a pair of connection frames made of a material having lower thermal conductivity than the first and the second frame, wherein both ends thereof in a width direction are connected to the first and the second frame to secure an air layer between the first and the second frame. A pair of first slide grooves extended in a longitudinal direction of the first frame is formed on a surface among outer surfaces of the first frame facing the second frame. A pair of second slide grooves extended in a longitudinal direction of the second frame is formed on a surface among outer surfaces of the second frame facing the first frame. Slide protrusions inserted into the first and second slide grooves corresponding to each other are formed on both ends of the connection frames in the width direction. A polyamide insulation material is disposed of a space surrounded by the surfaces where the first and the second frame face each other and the connection frames.
본 발명에 의한 알루미늄 섀시는, 알루미늄으로 제작되되 내부가 비어 있는 각관 구조로 형성되어, 나란하게 이격 배열되는 제1 프레임 및 제2 프레임; 상기 제1 프레임과 제2 프레임보다 열전도율이 낮은 재료로 제작되며, 상기 제1 프레임과 제2 프레임 사이에 공기층이 확보되도록 폭방향 양단이 상기 제1 프레임과 제2 프레임에 연결되는 한 쌍의 연결프레임;으로 구성되며, 상기 제1 프레임의 외측면 중 상기 제2 프레임을 향하는 면에는 상기 제1 프레임의 길이방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 제1 슬라이드홈이 형성되고, 상기 제2 프레임의 외측면 중 상기 제1 프레임을 향하는 면에는 상기 제2 프레임의 길이방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 제2 슬라이드홈이 형성되며, 상기 연결프레임은 상호 대응되는 제1 슬라이드홈과 제2 슬라이드홈에 삽입되는 슬라이드돌기가 폭방향 양단에 형성되고, 상기 제1 프레임과 제2 프레임이 마주보는 면과 한 쌍의 연결프레임으로 둘러싸인 공간에는 폴리아미드 단열재가 구비된다.
