Width Adjustable External Vertical Frame of Window or Door
The present invention relates to a width-adjustable external vertical frame for a window, capable of adjusting a width within a predetermined range in order to minimize a gap likely to be generated by size mismatch between a width between both side external vertical frames of a window and a width of an entry in which the window is installed. According to the present invention, the external vertical frame (1) comprises: a first vertical frame (10) connected to an external horizontal frame (3) of a window (2); a second vertical frame (20) inserted and fit within a range of a constant distance from the first vertical frame (10) to be able to access; and two jack devices (30) vertically installed through the first and the second vertical frame (10, 20), and adjusting an access depth between the first and the second vertical frame (10, 20). The jack device (30) comprises: a first fixation part (31) inserted into and restricted in a first slit (11) formed in the first vertical frame (10); a second fixation part (32) inserted into and restricted in a second slit (21) formed in the second vertical frame (20); a flexible link part (33) to connect to the first and the second fixation part (31, 32) in a rectangular shape; a nut (34) formed in an upper and a lower vertex part (33b, 33c) of the link part (33); and an adjustment nut (35) screw-fastened to the nut (34) when penetrating the upper and the lower vertex part (33b, 33c) to be inserted.
본 발명은, 창호를 시공할 때, 창호의 양측 외곽 세로틀 사이의 폭과 창호가 설치되는 출입구의 폭 사이에서의 사이즈 불일치로 인하여 발생될 수 있는 틈새를 최소화할 수 있도록, 일정 범위 내에서 폭을 조절할 수 있는 창호용 외곽 세로틀에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 외곽 세로틀(1)은, 창호(2)의 외곽 가로틀(3)이 연결되는 제1 세로틀(10); 제1 세로틀(10)에 대해 일정 거리의 범위 내에서 출입 가능하게 끼워 맞춤되는 제2 세로틀(20); 및 제1 세로틀(10)과 제2 세로틀(20)에 걸쳐 상하로 2개가 설치되며, 제1 세로틀(10)과 제2 세로틀(20) 사이의 출입 깊이를 조절하는 잭기구(30); 를 포함한다. 잭기구(30)는, 제1 세로틀(10)에 형성된 제1 슬릿(11)에 삽입되어 구속되는 제1 고정부(31), 제2 세로틀(20)에 형성된 제2 슬릿(21)에 삽입되어 구속되는 제2 고정부(32), 제1 고정부(31)와 제2 고정부(32) 사이를 사각형으로 연결하는 신축성 링크부(33), 링크부(33)의 상하 2개의 상하 꼭지점부(33b, 33c)에 형성된 너트(34), 및 상하의 상하 꼭지점부(33b, 33c)를 관통해 삽입된 상태에서 너트(34)에 나사 결합된 조절볼트(35)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a width-adjustable external vertical frame for a window, capable of adjusting a width within a predetermined range in order to minimize a gap likely to be generated by size mismatch between a width between both side external vertical frames of a window and a width of an entry in which the window is installed.
